I got two of these. The packaging of these items blew me away - it was extremely secure and the best quality bubble wrap I've seen. The PCs themselves look brand new, not a scratch of scuff even from a close inspection. Came with usual HP wired keyboard and optical mouse Powered them on and had some issues with one where the last update applied made windows not boot for some reason. I had anyways planned to do a fresh install, so did that after downloading windows 10 from Microsoft. Activation with the digital license was a breeze. Ran a full diagnostics on both and everything passed. SMART on the disks showed less than 30 hours use and fewer than 40 power ons (I might have done about 10 of those myself). So practically new and an amazing deal. Planning to add an SSD and more ram and this should serve my kids for the next 3-4 years. ... show more

Got this to use as a dedicated Plex server. Should save me a bit of money over the years compared to my main PC which is very power hungry in comparison. Added a 256GB M.2 SSD and installed a fresh copy of windows. As well as my 10TB HDD. Unplugged the included 1tb HDD as I don't need it yet and don't need it pulling power. Working great so far! Shipping was prompt and packaging was superior. For a refurbished product, this desktop was in perfect condition, with not a single mark or scratch anywhere. Setup was simple and quick. One very nice aspect - almost no bloatware! I did add 16GB of additional memory as well as a 1TB SSD, to make this a very fast computer for substantially less than it would have cost to order an equivalent new desktop. Because this has a 10th GEN Intel processor, it can be upgraded to Windows 11 when released in October 2021. I added a cheap WD SN750 500gb NVMe ssd and it really rips 10th gen Core i3-10100 8gb memory 1tb Seagate HDD, 0 hours in CrystalDisk WIndows 10 Home Realtek AC Wifi and BLuetooth card (this was a surprise as I did not think it had wifi/blue) Numerous USB ports SD card reader HDMI and VGA out Has a pci x16 slot but power supply doesn't have enough umph or connections to power GPU. Practically brand new. Came well packaged with keyboard and mouse. Upgraded the ram to 16gb, added a SSD drive, an intel 1 port NIC and then a 4 port intel nic and installed VMware ESXi to run several virtual machines including: pfsense, pi hole and a minecraft server. It’s been running solid for almost 8 months now without issue. It’s fast and can handle most everything I’ve thrown at it so far. It’s not made to be a server but it’s low power requirement and small footprint made it a great option and it’s worked so far. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because they advertised this as an Intel CPU. I got an AMD but it will work for me. It is a good computer.
