Computer has constant issues with the blue screen of death. This is my second one as the seller refused to return, only replace with the same computer. Seller had us take apart the computer and pull out the ram and put it back it, like I’m a computer technician. Helped for about 24 hours. Seller is terrible as they will not provide any actual support or help with the computer. ... show more

    • Horrible battery issue
Battery died after 6 months. Missed the warranty cut off. Unit shows no battery present. Still works well, but only when plugged in. Have to be extra careful it doesn't come unplugged during my DJ sets.

    • The most Disappointing purchase on amazon
Computer arrived with a defective touch pad I returned it through amazon. Vendor received the return and has not refunded my money. This is the worst experience ever with an amazon vendor. Hopefully amazon steps in and makes this right.
