Capacity: 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD
Good product, a little lacking in graphics performance but still a very good laptop overall for your average computer user

  • Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired
Capacity: 16GB RAM | 2TB SSD
I ordered this laptop in blue, and was sent a grey one. When engaging with customer service to try and rectify this, I got passed from pillar to post, and my issue never got resolved, and I simply had to give up with trying - this is a daft issue I know, but when spending this amount of money, I would like to get what I actually ordered. The laptop itself is brilliant; I can't fault it at all. The whole experience has just been tainted by poor customer service from Amazon. ... show more

  • I love my laptop!!!! I don't like the HP tilt pen.
Capacity: 16GB RAM | 2TB SSD
I have sensory issues with sound and flashing lights. I have not been able to use my computer for 7 years because of it. I got my HP Spectre x360 and it is amazing. I cried when I got it and it felt like home. It's quiet. Quiet!!!!! I never hear the fan. I can do my computer art on it. I have no problems with photoshop and painter. I have 3d Blender on it but haven't used it yet. I shouldn't have a problem with it rendering on Eevee with it. I have used it in multiple rooms with different lighting. I love the touch screen. I can use the hp tilt pen on the screen but there is no pressure nor tilt to it. After researching I found HP has been blaming windows for 4 plus years and not fixed their drivers for the pen. So the pen gets 1 star. I was so excited to use the angle and pressure brushes with it and it works just as well as my finger. In photoshop and painter, the tilt pen will leave random dots flying around the art work. If pressing too light it will not draw or will skip. I have to hold screen in place with one arm and draw with the other to get enough pressure for the pen. I connected my old Wacom intuos tablet to it and it works like a dream with it. Image is a quick test with the same brushes used top and bottom- HP Tilt Pen on the laptop screen and Wacom Intuos pen on the wacom tablet. It plays music beautifully. Have watched some movies, played a few low quality games. I am still in the puttering stage getting use to using my laptop and I am so glad I bought it. Notes. When folded so screen is facing you and keyboard is behind. Make sure back vent gets air flow. Don't charge laptop in the case it comes with. Plugging in charger may turn it on and fan needs air. I charge it once or twice a day. But I don't like my electronics to go below 40-50% I love laptop! ... show more

  • Great for engineering programs
Capacity: 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD
Son is taking bio- medical engineering and high end laptops from other manufacturers were not recommended by his school for the programs that would be run . This laptop met all his requirements.

  • Great... for the First Year or So
Capacity: 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD
This laptop was excellent all the way up until a month within the warranty expiring. It started with the sound crackling and eventually not working, and it progressed to the keyboard and TouchPad completely ceasing to work. I had already been working with HP support with the sound, and we thought we fixed it, but a couple months later it cut out again and they wanted me to "renew my support" for a couple hundred bucks despite having already been in contact with them before the warranty expired. I have done thorough troubleshooting, BIOS updates, driver updates, reboots... you name it. Nothing works. Anyways, now I'm stuck with what is pretty much a big ol' pricey tablet. ... show more
