Zero stars. I recieved a broken laptop that was supposed to be like new. Refurbished was a huge mistake. I have now been waiting a month and a week for my refund because they claimed I returned an empty box. $700 turned to 8 with shipping costs.

Other than the reference to thsi being "Referbished by HP there is no warranty information. So I asked Rufus, which blithly claimed it came with a 1 year warranty like all HP products. After reviewing the product details again, I could not find any specific warranty information provided for this refurbished HP Spectre x360 laptop.
