I had a moment of idiocy when I set up when I didn’t Realize there are two dongles for WiFi and blue tooth in the package. So just keep your eyes peeled. Also, worth a note, the WiFi dongle drivers are outdated badly enough that I’ve not had it connect to my home WiFi yet, but it will connect to my phone. top priority will be driver updates but overall I’m happy with it. ... show more

Big lemon, bought months ago and never worked right. Slow and rushed setup where I had to install correct drivers and still didn't work correctly. Now a paper weight and still no help from warranty for fix or replacement. What a rip off of money from a now removed company and left with Amazon to with a corrupt warranty service saying I can't use the warranty to fix it or get refund because it has a warranty. Must remove foam from computer, was used for shipping, did come with USB WiFi in small package, wifi was really slow I had to hook up by cable to router. Great features for price. I also got 3 year warranty for Peace of mind, cost approximately $30. meets minimum qualifications for iracing

I was very exited when the package arrived and picked it up, so I took it out of the box and put it together, after 3 hours of booting and re booting, the PC wouldn't work properly, super slow, and not being able to even open a website, so, I started the return and took it to.an UPS store and got the receipt and today after 6 weeks I haven't received my refund yet, just wondering if I have lost my over $400 , I am very upset about it, since I even sent the seller an email and never even got back to me. ... show more

The company went out of their way to expedite a replacement gaming computer for my son's birthday. When the original order was lost in transit they upon being notified immediately jumped into action and overnighted a replacement so that my son would not be disappointed on his birthday.

Everything I expected, runs everything I play. Only thing I can't get working is the Bluetooth 5.0 adapter, but I already had one and it works with this pc just fine so overall I like this set up.

In my years of buying computers, I guess I never seen someone pack the interior of the computer tight with expansion foam, the kind that form-fits the foam inside a bag to conform to a space. In this case the space was the inside of the computer. After turning on for a while, I noticed this smell. Investigating soon found smoke in the computer. Must be my fault for not noticing any message in unpacking to remove the foam. So I hurried to the fridge and got out to hot dogs to BBQ. As long as I was there, I also noticed that the computer had not been cleaned, old dust was on fan blades etc. not the best refurb job either. ... show more
