The PC itself is great! no issues with it and my kid loves it. The monitor that came with it (sold as new) was missing hardware to put the stand together. Called customer service and they told me they where going to send out the missing hardware but they wanted me to give them a 5 star review. it was weird. when i asked if they are not going to send it unless i give the 5 star review they said yes, but then said they wanted me to send them a screen shot of the review first. What the heck? i got mad and he said he is sending the hardware out and it should arrive in 3-5 days. left a bad taste in my mouth that a company would try to talk me into a good review BEFORE handling my issue. **Update** Got the missing screw from the first order, and was sent an email asking me to "Kindly remove the negative review under the review link below, since the issue is fixed from out side." That was not the purpose of my review. The product is great for my son, the value is awesome. But asking me for a 5 star review and worse then that proof while implying that if I did not the part would not be shipped? No. That is terrible customer service. ... show more
