We have used this for a little over a week and are returning it. I can get past it being dated. My problem was that the processor and fan were really loud and went haywire at the opening of simple apps; for example. I opened settings to set up personal preferences. It took more than 5 minutes to load and a bunch of pop up apps and computer features kept opening even though no one had clicked them. Also, battery life was about 20 minutes. ... show more
