I was skeptical at first because of some of the reviews but once I got it I fell in love instantly. I’ve been on it since I got it lol. It’s a nice color. Very fast! No issues at all. Its exactly how it’s describe. It came a WEEK early! So happy about it. Using it for my WFH job

I hope you are computer savvy when you purchase this item. I ordered the top model with all additional memory. When the box arrived it has smaller memory on packaging. When I called the company they stated I had to open the package and turn the computer on to go into the settings to ensure the updates were installed ( thought that was weird). Then once I turned on the computer now, you have to set it up before the home screen appears. You have to turn on airplane mode to get past the Windows screen or look in just to go to settings and ensure you got the right product. Then reset the computer to factory settings to give as a gift. Way to much to deal with, especially if you don't know about computers. There should be a disclaimer on this product stating instructions before purchasing just in case you don't want to go through all the hassle if given this item as a gift. ... show more

I purchased this product to use for my work. This is an essential part of what I do for a living. I took the laptop out of the box. I plugged in my mouse to the USB port. The port did not work. I tried the second port and it worked. I contacted the seller to try and make an arrangement. They did not contact me for three days so I called them. They told me they were too busy and they had to reboot their system and noted that they would call me in five minutes. I did not receive a phone call from them at all ever. I then proceeded to try to correspond with the seller through Amazon. They told me to update my drivers. I told them I had already done this but will try again. I tried to update the drivers but they are already updated. I informed the seller of this. The seller then responded that they would have someone contact me with a mailing label so that I could ship my computer back to them for service but I was to be noted that any damages were not their responsibility. Please note I mentioned to them every single correspondence that I need this computer for my work. The computer never worked properly directly out of the box. They have horrible customer service I do not recommend. In addition, the computer is turtle slow even with the maximum RAM. ... show more

I bought a laptop for my daughter for her to do her school work and it only worked for a month and a half before it completely failed and shut down with multiple errors. Little did I know until I just now started doing research that this company buys the computers from HP, alters them, which voids the warranty, and then the laptops they sell end up crashing after a few months. Multiple issues reported to BBB and on Amazon. This company should not be allowed to sell these. Absolutely a complete scam. ... show more

I like the laptop much better than my last laptop I waited till my old one had had it it was old but I wanted or I hate change so that’s how it took so long to use this one and have had no problems so far with it.
