  • Dead on Arrival (updated)
I am incredibly disappointed that I bought this PC and it wouldn't turn on, even after multiple attempts. I recognize that this is an incredibly delicate piece of machinery and things can get damaged while in transit, but for the money that was spent on this I am surprised that this happened. I am more than happy to change this review upon resolution of this issue. (Update) Amazon helped me through the process of replacing the PC and expedited the new one to me. Working like a dream! ... show more

  • Worst prebuild ever
Where do I start? Did not have ram cards, graphics card was not a 5090, was missing metal plate that held whatever graphics card this was, missing 2tb storage ssd. Oh and the glass panel fell off during shipping I guess. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing anything... Ever. I'd have a better time haggling with a used cars sales men then dealing with HP customer service. ... show more

  • One of the best i have ever bought.
It's one of the best gaming desktop pcs i haven ever bought. No issues. Vr on ultra or any game in ultra is amazing. Absolutely no stuttering or performance drops at all.

  • Terrible support
They fired all their American tech support, I got an Indian who lied to me about warrenty issues until I was running out of time to refund. I had so many issues with them, I refunded and finally built my own computer. The motherboards cannot support upgrades.

  • Good Customer Service.
EDIT* Thankfully, after bringing my issues to their attention, the seller got back to me promptly. They acknowledged the error and provided a couple of generous solutions. I think that is about as much as one can ask for in situations like this. Beyond that, the computer is working great. -Everything written below is before the issue fix. Decided to keep it for context.- This is my immediate review and is subject to change depending on what the seller does next. So I purchased this ready-made HP Omen at the start of Prime Day. It was delivered on time, in fact, one day early. After lifting the hefty desktop from its packaging and giving it a good once-over, everything looked great, no damage. I plug the unit in, go through Windows startup, do the obligatory updates, and things seem to be working fine. Finally, I check the specs, just to make sure I got what I paid for, and that's where things go wrong. The unit was installed with comparably lesser components than what I bought from the seller's Amazon page. Mind you, I have not opened the case or tinkered with any hardware. I look through the glass enclosure, and sure enough, bright as day, I can physically see the labeling of each of the incorrect components. Naturally, I write to the seller informing them of this mishap and the response I got from them was baffling. These days I can't be sure it wasn't just an AI automated message, but the Eluktronics customer service essentially resorted to gaslighting me and inferring that I am mistaken and that I HAVE received the correct components because that particular serial number only comes in a specific configuration. Well, somebody screwed up! In any case, I am NOT about to spend over 5 grand only to receive lesser value components. As of now, I have responded with photo evidence, and I am awaiting their response. After noticing the very low customer service Amazon score, I am honestly not expecting much. Hopefully Eluktronics can prove me wrong. ... show more

Cheaper than assembling my own

  • Faulty Main Board
Motherboard crashed after two weeks. PC would crash to a black screen and fan would uncontrollably go to 200%. This wouldn’t just happen during intense gaming sequences, but even when loading programs, in menus, and routine tasks browsing the web or watching videos. Force reboot was required for every crash. The motherboard is faulty. Give it time to see if HP gets a better motherboard in this particular unit before buying or if people can leave reviews after using the PC for more than a couple months. Current board can’t handle this build. There’s a reason why this build is so much cheaper than similar builds from other companies. ... show more
