It's one of the best gaming desktop pcs i haven ever bought. No issues. Vr on ultra or any game in ultra is amazing. Absolutely no stuttering or performance drops at all.

EDIT* Thankfully, after bringing my issues to their attention, the seller got back to me promptly. They acknowledged the error and provided a couple of generous solutions. I think that is about as much as one can ask for in situations like this. Beyond that, the computer is working great. -Everything written below is before the issue fix. Decided to keep it for context.- This is my immediate review and is subject to change depending on what the seller does next. So I purchased this ready-made HP Omen at the start of Prime Day. It was delivered on time, in fact, one day early. After lifting the hefty desktop from its packaging and giving it a good once-over, everything looked great, no damage. I plug the unit in, go through Windows startup, do the obligatory updates, and things seem to be working fine. Finally, I check the specs, just to make sure I got what I paid for, and that's where things go wrong. The unit was installed with comparably lesser components than what I bought from the seller's Amazon page. Mind you, I have not opened the case or tinkered with any hardware. I look through the glass enclosure, and sure enough, bright as day, I can physically see the labeling of each of the incorrect components. Naturally, I write to the seller informing them of this mishap and the response I got from them was baffling. These days I can't be sure it wasn't just an AI automated message, but the Eluktronics customer service essentially resorted to gaslighting me and inferring that I am mistaken and that I HAVE received the correct components because that particular serial number only comes in a specific configuration. Well, somebody screwed up! In any case, I am NOT about to spend over 5 grand only to receive lesser value components. As of now, I have responded with photo evidence, and I am awaiting their response. After noticing the very low customer service Amazon score, I am honestly not expecting much.     • Hands Down a Fast & Powerful Beast - Met/Exceeded my Expectations!
The computer arrived the same day it was advertised to arrive. It's well packed and easy to setup. This is an incredibly powerful computer, best I've ever owned. It's powerful yet extremely quiet. It's very well constructed, much heavier than I expected. All though you might not want to hide it under a desk as you'll probably want to show it off. You get a beautiful LED light show as everything now a days seems to have lights installed on it, the case, the CPU, the fans, even the memory cards! Its 5090 graphics renders flawless and a 4K monitor is a must for this top-of-the-line graphics card. The first thing I did was to check the installed components by using the System Information option. It's exactly as advertised. The second thing I did was to uninstall the 3rd party antivirus program as I prefer to use Windows Defender. Next was to test its performance by playing a game. A Sim game which normally took a minute or two to load on my previous computer, only took 10 seconds to load and the performance was fast, smooth and flawless. It's hard to imagine anything better but of course 6 months to a year from now there probably will be. Meanwhile, I'm extremely happy with my decision to go forward with this computer. ... show more
