It’s decent. The stats on this laptop look great, especially for price: 64 MB of RAM and 2 TB drive for only $1100. Wow But Here’s what is missing. The laptop has a pretty low resolution monitor 1900 pixel is like 2018. I maxed the brightness and it was still limited (yes, also connected to external HDMI monitor). The camera is low resolution, so it can’t do IR “windows hello” features (yes, I downloaded every driver and called support). Lastly , the model name “newest” seems to indicate a lower quality model vs the HP brand names like pavilion or envy . I returned it l, only because I need a laptop that goes the next few years. It has to be 4k screen or UHD screen. at least 4 TB, and 64MB RAM, like the HP Envy. It’s a good system, just know that some features are lower end for the price ... show more

SCAM company.... purchased this laptop and have used it about 10 hours total. The computer will not boot up. Tried to contact the company and they said to "fill out a form" and email back to them for repair. They did not provide an email address. Amazon refuses to get involved becuase its past the 30 day return window. Beware purchasing any big ticket from Amazon, and do not purchase anything from this seller. Some of you have asked if there’s a backlit to the keyboard no, there is not There is a light on the side that shows it’s getting power. There is a light that shows that the capital shift is on and one for the The icon for the speaker not sure why that’s on there but other than that It pretty much for lights. for the company. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again because of some of the things that happened one is the extra WOW hard drive that’s come with it. They sent separate. It’s a little difficult to order it with a QR code, but you don’t give any kind of message saying it accepted it or it’s coming I text them and kind of got a weird response back not very friendly. I finally got a message saying it was on its way it took forever. I didn’t hear anything for the first three or four weeks and then a week later I got the message and then it showed up after that , so for that reason I wouldn’t want to do business with this company. overall the computer seems to work fine what I expected for the money I spent on it sometimes when you turn it on you don’t get it response right away. Seems like it didn’t happen so you try to turn it on again and eventually it comes on. That’s one thing I don’t like the battery seems to not have the use It says it does, but it wasn’t bad lasted about four hours other than that, I think if you’re gonna go buy a computer, you should go into the store and pick one out that way you know what you’re getting. a little difficult to order some things like this online as we all know. overall satisfied, just hoping that it will last for a while for the money I payed. However, if you can’t get out to go shopping, this is probably one of the best ways to do it. Just take your time and review all of them so you get what you want. ... show more

The computer came with a voucher for software and a 500 GB additional hard drive. I've tried serveral times to redeem the voucher, and haven't heard from anyone from WOWpc or Amazon. It's been two months.
