This is NOT a petite. Dress was entirely too long. It is made so cheaply that having it altered is not an option. Return period was short and I did not get it returned. Do not buy.

The dress I was sent was NOT as described. It was NOT a wrap dress. It did not have an adjustable tie closure. It goes on over the head. IT IS SOWN CLOSED; It is a faux wrap. I was looking for a true wrap dress because of shoulder surgery. The dress is true to size and a nice length. If you’re interested in a dress that goes on over your head, this would work, but it is not a wrap dress. The fabric is a non-offensive stretch knit. Average thickness. (Not too thin). Why are all the dresses I find have too much spandex in their fabric? I bought this dress because it was one of the more professional-looking dresses I found on Amazon. Liked the short sleeves and work-appropriate neckline. I needed a blue dress specifically and this navy was appropriate for a work event. I was disappointed that it was so clingy. I wanted something fitted but professional, and wasn't expecting so much spandex in the material mix. . I got the petite small, and the overall length is OK and the sleeves were a good length. (I'm 5" 100 lbs.) I do wish it was a true wrap-around dress so I could completely adjust it to my body, but since it is spandex, it wouldn't matter. I strongly disagree with any reviews stating that this dress is poor quality and/or that it's not actually petite. It's excellent quality and it fits like a dream. I'm 5'/~125 lbs/C-cup and the small fits perfectly with no cleavage issues whatsoever. Great deal for the price. Bought two!
