The media could not be loaded. I am a student and I bought this laptop when going into college. In the first few days it had already started freezing up and making some loud sounds. I tried everything from running diagnostics to factory resetting (4 times) but nothing worked. I would occasionally also get a blue screen. I ran antivirus scan and nothing showed up. I had to borrow systems from people in college and spend late nights in the library trying to get things done. Because of my situation, I couldn’t send it back immediately. When I tried to contact support, everyone was unresponsive and refused to help my situation. I am trying to tell people to save them from this…THIS PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS, DO NOT BUY IT. I bought this computer about a month ago mostly for college homework and it seems to be doing good. I rated 4 stars cause when you use the laptop in tablet mode the fan exaust is pointed directly at you and it can get kinda hot kinda a bad design. Also the battery life isn’t what I expected it to be but it still lasts all day but needs to be on battery save mode the whole time. Also only comes with windows 10 installed ... show more

I hired a tech to set up this new HP and he’s having one headache after another. It appears there’s an issue with the operating system. After the first boot up, the system crashes every time we try to start it up, and we’re seeing nothing but blue screens. Attempts to install Windows have failed.
