I ordered and received the computer in a timely fashion, but it arrived with a case that showed it had suffered previous battery swelling. This was the reason I returned the first version of this machine. I overlooked this assuming the manufacturer had made repairs, and that the visible swelling Was so insignificant I could ignore it. I powered up the system and attempted to initiate Internet contact without success. I contacted product support support and followed the instructions they provided and together determined the machine was faulty. The laptop is beautiful but will not connect to the internet. I have return the laptop and repurchased another in hopes that the one I had was defective. After looking online, Wi-Fi connectivity seems to be common with this laptop. I’ll keeping my fingers crossed that it will work because I love the laptop otherwise. ... show more

This brand new HP Envy x360 has been okay for about 2 weeks. I turned it on at 7am this morning and the clock in the right bottom corner of the task bar was showing yesterday at 5pm. I couldn't turn it off because the windows start menu would not come up. I held the power button down for a long time and the screen went blank. It would not turn back on. About 10 minutes later it turned on with a blue screen message CMOS Reset (502). The info I found online show this message on HP laptops could mean that the battery may be bad. There is no removable battery compartment, so this battery is not a user serviceable item. The PC finally restarted on its own and appears to be normal. But for how long? I am not feeling good about this alert, and I am afraid something is failing on this new HP PC. ... show more

I received the HP computer plugged it in and would not turn on at all. It was supposed to be a new computer but looked like it was refurbished. Be cautious. Ended up returning the computer which costed over 1,4000 dollars and had to pay a restocking fee on computer that would not turn on.
