    • Worst decision ever
The computer was all scratched up, runs like something is broken inside of it, it clicks and makes all sorts of rattling noises. Only had one hdmi input and in general just runs very poorly. I want to find out how to get my money back for this broken cheaply refurbished garbage.

Update - I took the description at its word and its been running fine, but I just discovered it has an i5 CPU instead of the stated i7. Boo on you HP. Boo on you. Got the pc, went over it and there was no cosmetic/physical damage. Setup was easy and it works just fine. I Add a new graphics card the next day (no issue with the one that came with the unit, just wanted an upgrade). Installation went smoothly. There had been poor Amazon reviews that had me a bit worried, but it was for naught. I guess the 2 reviewer had a bit of bad luck. All parts as advertised. The case looked like it had been through war and sprayed with weird stuff. My PCIE cards are jammed against each other because of the handle on the case door; not good for the heat. SATA cable on the dvd player was munched up. The computer arrived missing the Graphics card. so far they sent me a card , does not fit. A bracket that does nothing to make it fit.

I got this pc yesterday and have been busy updating the os and transferring photos and music and such from old pc. I must say I am totally happy with it. It is as advertised and does not make a sound. One or two very minor scratches but nothing to crow about. I love this system, came with windows 10 preinstalled and ready fo set-up. I play games and do office projects on it, and for games the look and feels amazing, and I can open 30 or more programs in my office stuff while playing a high-end game and have not problems.
