The desktop computer worked fine at first (just a couple of minor issues). After a couple of months the computer quit working. My son tried using the trouble shooting instructions, all to no avail. The computer then completely shut down. It has been a major headache trying to exchange the computer, so I had to request a refund from Amazon. I was told that after the seller received the computer, then I would receive a refund from the seller. Normally, Amazon is fantastic as far as refunds, so I was disappointed with this, and am still awaiting my refund. This has been an EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!! ... show more

    • Not worth. Invest in a pricey PC instead.
The hardware did not come with the capability of windows 11 upgrade. Keyboard gave out within a month. Graphics are ok.

    • Fast computer but broken - Ignore their customer service number, return immediately if possible
AVOID THE INSTRUCTIONS TO CONTACT THEIR HELP DESK AND RETURN DIRECTLY TO AMAZON! The computer is great for gaming as the specs work for most graphics intensive games but the hard drive is failing and has said so since it was shipped. I contacted the company to initiate help, a few months later I was able to spend time with a technician who was unable to troubleshoot as the hard drive was bad but by this time the 90 days was up and they refused to replace the bad part even though the email sent to them days after receiving the computer documented the hard drive failure. ... show more

    • The pc is exactly what you buy
The pc itself came in tact and nothing was wrong with it. You just get exactly what you pay for. An amazing deal to be fair! But there's definitely some upgrades to be had with it. To be warned controller gaming is very weird because input lag tends to mess you up from time to time depending on the intensity of the game. Pc and mouse work just fine though! Just be sure to not accidentally stress out the computer too hard. There was also an issue I had with the display not working from time to time. The graphics card sometimes unregistered the fact it was connected to a display port, only when switching windows from a fullscreen application though. Don't expect 2K or 4K gaming from this device, 1080p Max settings will grant you anywhere from 90 - 100 fps on average in modern Triple-A titled games. The RAM is the main issue though, if you were wondering the RAM is DDR3, not DDR4. So upgrade that when you can. Other than that, I'd say it was well worth the money.
