🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

The reviews suggest that this gaming PC is overall a great value for the price. Happy customers appreciate the machine's performance in gaming, enjoying high frame rates even in the demanding settings. However, some users have raised concerns about the machine's compatibility with Windows 11 and the quality of its included peripherals.

Pros

  • 🎮 High gaming performance for the price
  • 💡 RGB light effects add aesthetic value
  • 🚀 Fast start-up and load times
  • 🎧 Comes with a Bluetooth USB for controller connectivity
  • 💽 Adequate storage for gameplay footage and save files

Cons

  • ❌ Compatibility issues with Windows 11 have been reported
  • 🔧 Some issues with construction and missing parts
  • 📶 Supplied Wi-Fi adapter is only external USB, and some users report it is not reliable
  • 😅 The included mouse and keyboard are reported to feel cheap
  • 🔥 Case ventilation appears to be inadequate, potentially leading to overheating

Should I Buy It?

If you're aiming for a gaming PC that provides decent performance without breaking the bank, this might be a solid option for you. However, bear in mind the quality of included peripherals and the possible need for a Wi-Fi card or Windows 11 compatibility upgrades.

So far so good
bought this PC to play diablo 4 and Call of Duty. Consistent 60 fps. After 9 months, it wouldn't boot. I called the phone number to tech support that's on the sticker, on top of the tower. They assisted me in diagnosing the problem. One of the 4 sticks of memory went bad, but all is good again. Great price for a mid-tier gaming PC. Only minor issue I do have is that it will not support upgrading CPU to anything G8 or newer, therefore this PC will never support Windows 11 ... show more

Great buy.
Started by having tech guy update system. Turns out every slot but one on the motherboard is bad, plus one of the 8 ram cards is bad. Also never successfully managed to connect to Bluetooth. Didn’t bother trying to return it since there was no guarantee another pc would work any better. So since I bought this for running small casual indie games, I decided to keep it and have it repaired as I go. If you have big dreams of running high end games, look else where. Update: I've been using this PC for over 3 years now for shopping, checking my mail but mostly gaming. It has turned out to be an excellent machine. I've loaded countless games including two very large MMO's and played for hours at a time with no problems what so ever. Considered doing some upgrades but as yet have not seen the point since it's working out so nice. I would not hesitate to purchase again somewhere down the road but luckily not soon. ... show more

Do NOT buy this Desktop! Defective motherboard and or Graphics card
I purchased this refurbished Gaming Tower August of last year. Within the first week of receiving it, the Gaming Tower stopped working by not showing any display picture and would only show an all black screen; I worked with their customer service and troubleshooted that the issue was not the graphics card and was the entire mother board. After assessing the hardware issue they sent me a new refurbished tower and had me ship the defective one back. After receiving the replacement Gaming Desktop, it worked for roughly 2 and half months and then it - once again - stopped working with them same or similar issue. The display currently has thousands of green dots and the whole desktop shuts down completely if I attempt to watch any video or play any game. I started contacting this company in December informing them about the issues with the replacement Gaming Desktop, but I have received very little to no communication and responses back from them. Now the customer service department seems to be implying that it's been to long sense my initial purchase and they may not longer do anything to remedy the situation. With both Gaming Desktops they provided, I have only attempted to do the most basic functions and gaming, and both desktops broke almost immediately. This seems to be a defective product and I feel a Gaming Desktop should be able to run basic games for at least a few months without completely breaking down, even its refurbished. ... show more

Works great. A 3 Terabyte storage on a light weight and small HP computer was beyond my expectations and setting up was a breeze. Again very light to take it with you on a camper or wherever in my opinion. Graphics run great and much better than my old GTX 1030. Love how this one has a remote control to change the colors going up, down, bright, dark, one color... buy one and you'll see what I mean. Small thing gives a big punch. And yes it does have Windows 11 Pro so to those that need to upgrade from Windows 10 before October 14th, I may suggest this one. Game performance: it's good with older intense games like Supreme Commander Forged Alliance. Speed is crazy in a good way. ... show more

Accurate information, Fast Shipping, Good Value
This is overall a great deal for a gaming computer. The RGB lights with the remote is a good feature! It has a fast start up time. Loads programs and internet quickly! Great for gaming! Can run Games on high settings, no lag or frame dropping. The keyboard is good, great layout and RGB! The mouse is good, 2 Buttons and scroll feature with RGB! Comes with Bluetooth USB so you can connect Bluetooth with your Xbox or PS controller and use it for gaming on this HP!!!! The 2T storage is great for storing gameplay footage, save files, and other apps!!!! Overall great value. Can use Direct port Ethernet. Connected mine to a Samsung Curved Monitor and the graphics are very crispy!! You won’t want to play games on your Xbox or PS anymore. . . Cons: The Wi-Fi use is from external USB. ... show more
