This is computer is just as it is described. It is a touch screen and I love the backlit keyboard. It is very light weight compared to my 14-in Chromebook. So much better than a Chromebook. It has its own storage and you can download whatever you want on to it. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to turn it on and shut it off. And the key for the backlit keyboard is the F4 key. Some of the reviews said it didn't have a backlit keyboard but they just didn't know how to turn it on. You have to turn it on every time. Nice laptop. Super fast start up, but haven’t had a chance to really test out it’s capabilities yet. Only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because I was under the impression by selecting 8 GB of RAM instead of the higher values like 16 I would have free RAM slots but that’s not the case. The laptop says that 2out of 2 slots are full, though I haven’t cracked her open to see for myself. I wanted to keep a slot open for future upgrades if needed so having both slots full just makes it a little more difficult. Overall a great buy for the money, absolutely do not hesitate to buy this. I've be wanted a laptop for school, my writing projects, and to watch YouTube. I checked different laptops but this was my favorite. It has everything I need and I was so happy when I opened the box. I was confused about how the backlit keyboard worked, but it's just a push of the F4 button on the top left. You can turn it off and on, which it helpful when your in a bright or dark room. The picture looks great and I'm so happy to finally have a laptop that works fast and for me. Also, the battery on a full charge is 12hrs, when's the last time you saw that?! 😁 ... show more

I'm sad I had to return it and I hated to send it back, but I needed a backlit keyboard as this was for travel & and working during the night in a vehicle. I do love everything else about this laptop. Super quick & and responsive. The touchscreen looks awesome. Very light & and portable. The only other thing to note was it came installed with Windows 11 S mode. That is easy enough to take off, just can't use it right out of the box, if you want to add any non-Microsoft apps like Google Chrome. Even still, if this would have had the backlit keyboard, would have given it 5 stars. ... show more
