Definitely doesn't come with windows 11 pre-installed but it does have a security feature that makes every windows update or software download you try installing fail. It's a nice computer In general but doesn't preform to that standard of what I thought i paid for. Eventually you get directed to uninatalling the S version of windows 10 so you can go about as usual ... show more

These are good computers and I recommend them, but I suggest getting them from a different product listing. The problem with this listing is that it keeps changing. I've ordered from here 3 times now. My first order was for windows 10 home with 10-key on the keyboard. Then I came back and the next set of computers had windows 11 home. Not a big deal but still different. Then I came back a 3rd time and did not notice: These computers no longer come with 10-key keyboard. I would not have purchased these if I had noticed. I think its wrong for them to materially change the item in the listing, and the different keyboard is a major change. I have a deadline to meet so will be making use of the laptops without the 10-key on them, but I am very disappointed in my last purchase. Then, who knows what other changes they will make without notice? The product listed here could be dramatically different from what even I have received. ... show more
