I am a second-year college student and needed an upgrade from my slow 4 GB RAM laptop. I think it is a great laptop so far, with 16 GB RAM, and there haven't been any lags. But my screen went white out a couple of times within one week, not sure what that issue is from. I also have a problem with the cursor; it goes completely white when hovered over certain things. Those are just a few minor issues that I'm okay with. Battery life is good, about 10 hours with just schoolwork. I love the thin sleek look, it is a little heavy tho, which is fine. The keys are a little hard to press compared to my previous laptop. I love the touchscreen, and the colors are vibrant and great! It flips into a tablet easily, and I love it! It does have a backlit keyboard, a camera cover slider, Bluetooth, wifi. It has a magnet on the side if you want to get a pen and keep it next to your laptop. I used this laptop for exactly a month, and then the day after 1 month had passed it suddenly popped up with a blue screen with a sad face on it :(, said it couldn't work, then turned off. When it came back on, it said "Boot Device Not Found". I did some troubleshooting and it said "No hard drive installed". I followed the instructions on the HP website and from other technology experts, and none of it was able to diagnose or fix it. Previous to this I had problems with the screen going black and not coming back on when it timed out, and sometimes the "Start" pop-up and the Notifications/Calendar pop-up wouldn't actually pop up when I clicked on them. It would glitch out for about thirty seconds before I was finally able to actually click on it and view it. I hadn't thought too much of it until the day the laptop just shut down and then couldn't register the hard drive. I'm very disappointed by this product and the number of problems that I've already had with it. I was hoping to return it, but because the biggest problem occurred on the 31st day of it being in my possession, I wasn't able to return it to Amazon. ... show more

I really love it, this laptop 2 in 1 is so handy, when switching into tablet mode, the keyboard is disabled and instead one will pop up on the screen if you need to type something.
