First off I want to say that I love the response time of the customer service of Refurbchoice. I ordered the bundle and was shipped everything except the camera that was supposed to come with it. I called the number on the front and back of the card that was sent with the bundle and told them that the camera was missing. No problem they had it shipped to me in 2 days. I also opted for the 3-year warranty which went into effect and was emailed to me. I love this computer and everything was included as stated in the description. Windows 10 Microsoft Office, etc. I'm getting a lot of work done on this computer now in 2024 and the comp is still going strong. I purchased this PC bundle to add a second desktop to my business. I am throughly impressed with the performance of the system as well as the excellent pacakging and customer service!! I ordered a second monitor from the same folks to upgrade our smaller outdated one on our older desktop setup. One of the monitors started having issues with pixelated lines on the screen and I reached out about the issue. The customer service team was lightning fast to respond and after a few quick emails, they had a replacement sent my way. Junk! I was supposed to get the monitor replaced but never came. Now the pc is acting up. I've never had a problem with a refurbished before. This company failed to do a proper repair.

Great for work from home, school or just browsing the internet. Fast processor, great memory, only can hook 1 monitor up though, no room for a second monitor

    • Very Please Right Out of the Box Works Great!!
I ordered on a Friday and was totally surprised to get it by Sunday. I just returned a non-working computer to another busy here on Amazon who refurbishes computers. It did not work. Glad this one arrived so quickly with an easy set up. I am highly pleased with this computer.

    • Decent For Working or Surfing, But NOT for Gaming
This computer is a decent unit. It has plenty of RAM and a fairly large hard drive. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers are some strange Chinese brand, but they are working so far. The manuals for them are written in horrible English. The biggest disappointment is the low quality of the graphics card/chip. It has the Intel HD 2000. I could not find that information anywhere on the product page. The processor seemed fast enough, so I bought it. My daughter wanted to be able to play Fortnite. However, the game will NOT run on the Intel HD 2000, nor, I imagine, will similar graphics-intense games. We get constant messages to update the driver, but the driver is actually newer than the one specified in the error dialogue box. We are both very disappointed that she cannot use it as is for the specific application for which it was purchased. ... show more

This PC setup is great value for the money. Runs faster than expected, the only thing is I would have liked a bigger hard drive. Other than that the PC meets and exceeded expectations and I’m happy with the purchase.
