Arrived in great condition and packaged well. Fairly easy to set up, however I did need to purchase an HDMI/Displayport converter to connect to my monitor. The computer I received only has displayports and no HDMI ports. It did come with a diplsayport/VGA converter though. The monitor I have already had an HDMI cord, so it just made sense to buy an HDMI/Displayport converter as opposed to a VGA cord. Here is a list of other things that the unit I received has or didn't have: > Does not have internal wifi, but did come with wifi USB that works fine. I will upgrade to a better one though. > Came with bluetooth USB that works well. > Does not have SD card reader even though it appears to have a port for one. > SSD does seem to be installed, no noise from "hard drive", I assume it is not a HDD. > SSD size does appear to be 1TB > Authentic Windows 10 installed that prompted registration and installation as soon as I turned it on the first time. > Does not have Windows Office installed > Does have DVD/RW drive > Has internal speaker that is not very good, kind of tinny. Overall this is a great computer for the price. Something comparable brand new would probably cost over $1000. This computer is fast and responsive. There are plenty of ports available as well. The one big downside is that it will not be compatible with Windows 11, mostly due to processor incompatibility, a lot of computers will have this problem though. But even if I only get a few years out of this computer it is worth it to upgrade from my 11 year old all-in-one that is slowly dying. ... show more

EDIT 22Nov23: The device below developed a small issue or perhaps it was shipped with the issue. When I advised ECO-TECH, they did everything they could to correct the issue and make it right. I wanted to point out that this type of old fashioned customer service is hard to find now-a-days and for this reason alone, when I need another PC, ECO-TECH WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY BUSINESS! The device came loaded with Win 11 not 10. Also, the splash page of the company who used to own this device pops up. Again minor issues. System information verifies it is a 8 core 9th Gen i7. All in all, the device is a little dirty and the dust inside is prevalent. Quite a large cloud of dust came out. As for the Bluetooth & WiFi, not having it. That's fine as I don’t use Bluetooth or WiFi for anything. Several of the case screws are missing and it looks like someone had the cooler off the i7 as there is excess thermal paste on the motherboard and on the ram. For the price and overall condition of the device I’m really very happy and for what I’ll be using this for it is perfect. I just think the wording for things sold should be very precise. Rec'd 8/3. Overall the computer is good. However description states built in bluetooth wifi. I did get adapters but they took the only 2 2.0 usb ports. Had to purchase a usb hub. Also purchased adapter dvi to vga the computer runs great. Maybe change description on website. Arrived promptly. This is an updated review. opening the box first impressions - decently packaged, fairly clean, few smudges on the front plate, but no dents/dings/scratches. I'm in IT, so the first thing i did was pop the cover to confirm if my fears were true (if it was an actual 1tb SSD or a 1TB SSHD) because the HP website doesn't show 1TB SSD as an option and the amazon listing showed a HDD rotational speed of 7200RPM.. well it was an actual SSD (kingfast). CONS - the 2 biggest issues i found with this thing were, 1 the HP website says there are 4 sata ports.. unless the 4th one is hiding somewhere, there's only 3.. 2 of which are used by the internal SSD and the CD drive.. there are slots for 2 additional 3.5" HDD's, so if you want to use both, you have to disconnect the CD-drive (not a huge issue, because who uses CD's anymore anyway).. and lastly the case is tool less, which means you have to have HDD mounting screws or trays to clip in.. it doesn't include these.. soooo now to wait another few days for some $8 screws and $10 short sata cables to show up so i can install my 2 3tb drives.. and a not so big issue, it came with spanish and french versions of office 365 installed.. no biggie, i'll uninstall.. the uninstaller is also in spanish/french.. so you get a budget rosetta stone with your purchase too.. :p ... show more
