The computer was easy to set up; the monitors are beautiful! As of now, I have been streaming with heavy internet usage. I recommend this setup for anyone who requires lengthy computer use. My purchase was made to assist in heavy research classes for University studies. I wish I had made this purchase years ago. I recommend purchasing a zoom camera and speakers so that you are plug and play at first use.

Missing parts and malfunctioning cords

I bought this computer because of the price and I thought it would get me thru a software development course I am currently enrolled in. The product arrived on time this past Thursday. I unboxed it today (Saturday) because I am off work and had some time on my hands. The mouse and keyboard are missing the USB so it will not work. One of the monitors HDMI cord does not work so I cannot use one of the monitors. I went to buy another mouse and keyboard from Best Buy that works perfectly fine because it came with an USB. Also, the computer won’t allow me to connect to the internet so I cannot finish setup. I called the tech support number on the side of the computer to file claim to receive another HDMI cord and for help to connect to the internet to finish setup. I waited on hold for tech support for 15 minutes to eventually get an announcement stating no tech support was available for help and to leave a message with my name, phone number, and email for a call back. I will be calling again tomorrow morning to see if tech support is available so I can get refund and to ship the computer, keyboard, mouse, and both monitors back. This seller has mixed reviews and I took a chance that I shouldn’t have considering I am on a time constraint with class projects due. Update: I finally spoke to someone in tech support for the shipper almost 2 weeks after receiving the computer. I was just told that I cannot return the computer and I have to allow them to ship me additional parts which will take several days to receive. I declined and told them I wanted my money back and I am not patronizing a business that I can’t even get in contact with and who refuses to give me a case number to return the product. My return has been approved thru Amazon and I expect a refund expeditiously.

Amazon just not the customer

Love the computer works fast. Runs fast. Got a lot of memory on it. I'm very happy with the computer and the monitors. As for the keyboard and the mouse, it says it was supposed to be wireless. They sent me a wired version so it's not wireless. I called Amazon and Amazon kind of blew me off and said I had to return the whole thing. I'm not packing all this back up after unpacking it hooking it up and putting it back in the damn box and sending it back. If they want to be that way then Amazon should take credit for what they said they're going to back but it did not come with a wireless keyboard or a mouse. The lady I was not happy with cuz she didn't speak real good English at Amazon. So for now on I'm just going to hang up on people like that that can't speak English. I'm not going to buy another computer or anything from from anything. I will not recommend it because it said it would come with a wireless keyboard and mouse and it did not

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Computer came before the delivery date. It was packaged very well . I got everything it came with. Nothing was damaged. Set up was speedy. Had to troubleshoot a sound issue but their quick tech support fixed that. I would highly recommend them.

Faulty parts

I bought this computer from Amazon and they keyboard did not work so I'm unable to set the computer up. I tried three different brands of batteries before i called customer service. The Amazon customer service representative went through the same troubleshooting steps that I had already done then referred me to the seller. I called the seller, got in que, and finally was told they couldn't take my call to leave a message. I am not a happy customer at this point. I have a set up that I cant use unless I go buy something additional.
