This is just what I wanted. I had a problem with the monitor not turning on but it was operator error. First phone call with customer support sowed me where the snitch was to turn it on. Load fat with the SSD. So far very happy with my purchase.

I received the product in a fairly prompt manner. However the mouse didn’t work, the monitor didn’t work and after contacting customer service with the seller I was told to send my monitor back using a prepaid label and they would get me a new one coming. I sent it back. Called them per their request to tell them that I returned the monitor and was told one was on the way. I was told this on November 25th original purchase was made November 13th. I was again told in December that I was supposed to call them back so they would ship a new monitor. I did and have recorded talking to Steven from their company. Tired of dealing with this company I went to my local Walmart and bought a new monitor as I needed this to run our business. I justified it by saying that if it was working then we could be productive and I got a tower with the specs I personally wanted. Intel core i5 or higher and 1TB or higher hard drive. Still a decently cheap purchase to get us back going. When it worked, it worked well. It was speedy enough for what I wanted and didn’t take 3-10 minutes to boot up like many do. I want to hit the button and be ready to use it in seconds not minutes. However now the tower has completely failed. Won’t power on or do anything anymore and the day before it quit it was running an hour long memory test 3-4 times that day. It failed. I called, they still didn’t ship my replacement monitor and now they claim they will ship both a monitor and tower once I send them the broken tower. I’m skeptical but again agree. Now we have had a holiday weekend to again delay production in getting a replacement. I ship it back. Call from the FedEx parking lot to confirm and was told by Ron that a new tower and monitor will be sent out the next day. I have borrowed a laptop from my kids until I get this computer back. I now got the new one delivered Saturday to which it is a different tower than I purchased and the replacement doesn’t have WiFi capabilities. I don’t have a either net port or provision for it and now I am beyond ticked that I have completely wasted my time dealing with this company. When I called today they offered me a $15 credit for not having WiFi capabilities on a computer that was sold in the description by them of having. The old one that worked short term did have it. I’m sorry but this company is one to completely avoid at all cost if you depend on your computer for productivity of any kind. I have now had to stop what I was doing and go buy a computer from a local store at a higher cost so that I can continue with my work. That higher cost seems awfully cheap now and this company clearly doesn’t care about their reputation or customer service. ... show more

Computer seems ok, but the wifi adapter included was awful, slow, constantly disconnected, I thought the computer was pretty much a waste which didn't make sense with it's description. Finally bought new wifi and Bluetooth adapters and it's already working much better.

Bought this computer in November. Had startup issues on day one. Then, freezing issues on every website. After that, there is the constant problem of not having an internet connection. All of my other (3) computers, tablets, etc., have no problems with connecting to the internet or loading. I received little help from their support service. Basically, I was told to see if things kept happening and call them back. This is my last HP computer and absolutely my last refurbished computer, especially from this company. I didn't learn my lesson with this company the first time. That was a disaster too. I'm now shopping for a new, not refurbished, computer. I use multiple computers everyday.
