Debo decir que en cuanto, rapidez, funcionamiento en general del software, todo ok. En cuando a el físico, no tiene rayones, no obstante si se nota que ha sido pintada encima y el logo está mal cortado. El otro problema y en realidad el que me disgustó fue que la recibí con un problema de hardware, el teclado me falla, al escribir una letra, se me escriben dos caracteres; por ejemplo: escribo “a” y se escribe “ad”, escribo “q” y se me escribe “qe”, escribo “1” y me escribe “13”, o al presionar una tecla, me abre una pestaña, la falla está en varias teclas del teclado, es lamentable porque me va a tocar cambiar el teclado y ese es otro gasto adicional. Me hubiese gustado poder hacer el cambio, pero me encuentro en Latinoamérica y ya se me dificulta volverla a enviar a usa ... show more

Had to return this laptop, because it did not boot up. Got refunded, and purchased another refurbished laptop from a differed listing. I really like the style of this laptop, too bad it did not boot up for me.

Just get yourself a new laptop, this is not worth it. Horrible battery life; so slow, really does not feel like 16GB RAM nor an i7. Screen randomly glitches. Definitely not worth it.
