I bought it for personal use. The screen is bright and clear. Anti-galre tested and worked well. Both Keyboard and touchpad are smooth. Backlit saved my eyes in the dark. The size is really slim and the weight is super light. I can easily carry it. Quick start and shut down no noise. Windows 11 runs great. I don't use too many heavy applications so the battery lasts almost the whole day without charging. Had no problem with warranty, 3 year offsite support globally. Great Laptop and nice customer service. It's a solid laptop. Quite fast and portable. Meets both my home and business needs. I read other reviews regarding the warranty so I checked it right after I received the laptop. It was three years but started two years ago so I contacted the seller. They responded quickly and told me it will take 3 to 5 days after purchase to update. After two days I checked the HP website and the warranty start date became the date I received the laptop. I ordered the laptop, it was delivered quickly. But I only got to use it a day when it stopped working completely. I returned the Laptop and requested a refund. It was all approved. I am currently still waiting on the “return inspection” process to finish. Which was never mentioned because like I said, the return and refund was approved. It is impossible to get anybody to talk to me about this. I am not pleased with how this is being handled or even the fact that my laptop that I ordered didn’t come working properly! ... show more

This laptop is excellent. I was looking for a 14-inch model that's easy to travel with and offers strong performance for heavy programming tasks. The ability to upgrade the RAM in the future was a crucial factor for me since I want this laptop to last many years (especially since most Lenovo models have soldered RAM). Unfortunately, the first unit I received had random, frequent restarts on the first day, so I had to return it. The second unit worked fine for two months, but then the screen went black. Thankfully, HP's global warranty covered the repair at no cost, but I had to wait 15 days for the parts to arrive and another 5 days for the repair. Overall, this is an excellent product at a great price, but experiencing issues with two consecutive units is concerning. ... show more

The computer works well but does better with a mouse than the touchpad as it doesn't allow enough space on the pad to perform functions and you have sometimes search for that 'sweet spot'. I've always bought HP and never had a problem with their touchpads before. Since I work a lot in bed or sitting on the sofa, it's hard to deal with a mouse and not being able to use the touchpad efficiently just makes projects take forever.
