Very pleased with these computers. Even though I work in IT, I didn't want something for home use that I was always messing with. These PC's have proved pretty reliable and consistent with enough to breeze through most operations.

    • Hard Drive FAILURE - Eventually taken care of.....

UPDATE: As of May 2025- AZ-XUT amazon seller made things right. It took a couple of weeks but they authorized a repair service that replaced the hard drive with the correct size and ensured that the windows pro OS was installed. It took a couple of weeks but I'd have to give the Amazon seller 5 stars for service and support. You have to stay on top of the back n forth with manufacturer(HP)/Amazon/seller.... but eventually it got taken care of. ---------------------- Worst Laptop experience - HP is terrible. This amazon seller sold me a laptop and upgraded the HD to a 4TB drive that failed in 6 months!!! Since I bought the laptop on Amazon, HP will only send me a 250GB replacement since that is what comes from the factory…. Totally useless. Beware when you buy an upgraded laptop. Amazon warranty very short and The Original - HP manufacturer is not likely to be of much help!!! ... show more
