This is a well designed product. I mounted my 55 inch TV on it for about a year, and now have a 65 inch TV on it. It is rock solid, with strong screws and bolts all around. It's height can be adjusted in steps (requires undoing and redoing some screws) and it can be turned as well. I must put in a way Rd for its packaging. When it arrived the box was so small I thought Amazon messed up the order. But no, there it was! It comes with a number of bolt combinations for various TVs and I must say, it is very well labeled and packed. Usually with these things one is left doing trial and error but not with this one. I've bought many things that I've had to assemble in the past 3-4 years. Most of the instructions are difficult to get through. These were very easy. All of the parts were easy to identify. It came with the tools needed to put it together. As far as "assembly required" items go this is easily one of the better ones. My TV is 43 inches. The base is pretty heavy/sturdy for that size. This is a very sturdy stand. The best part is that it swivels. It's a nice shiny black and pretty easy to assemble. It does come with a lot of screws so try to keep up with them all. We hung a 55" TV on it and it handled it with no problem. There is about a 12" clearance from the base of the TV to the bottom of the stand so it fits pretty well. We bought another down the road. I purchased this stand to hold a 43" TV and could not be happier. Assembly went smoothly and the stand is sturdy and stable. Love the swivel feature. We bought a new 65" TV which was too wide for our old 55" table. So I tried this stand rather than buying a new table. Seems sturdy, easy to assemble (I appreciated how all the parts were labeled in their individual bags) and so far, looks like a good solution. Warning...it will take 2 people to put a large TV on the stand as the last step. Didn't take long to put together and the instructions were very methodical. Which screws and spacers you end up using just kind of fall into place once you get to that point. Love the very heavy and stable base. My living room is long, but now I can watch TV from the couch or the computer or the kitchen. For what this offers, the price was incredible. We needed a TV mount that would fit our mantle. the feet we had on it were a cm too big and I was not comfortable chancing the stability. This stand is stable and the perfect width. I love the velcro strap on the back to help tidy the cords.
