At first when it came it came in a big box that did not have ANY fragile sticker on it so I was worried when I opened it. There was a second box inside that actually had the fragile stickers on it not that anyone could see them. So far the only problem we have had is the cord connecting the tower to the monitor makes the monitor glitchy every now and then but probably will just buy a new cord. Otherwise great gaming computer. Haven't found a game yet that it can't play. Even got our old windows xp CD DVD games to work on it. ... show more

We liked that we were able to save money!! What we disliked!!! On August 9th we began having issues with the computer. Come to find out that the processing sytem is obsolete! We found this after calling HP for help. We were told this computer is 12 years old and the processor is not large enough to upload Windows 11. And we cannot update our drivers with our current Windows 10 We are unable to access most sites that we use. We are able to type in the URL address but we cannot open the site due to security. We have also contacted our WIFI company and everything is working just fine on their end. After making phone calls ets it tood time to get all of this straightened out. Plus we contacted Asurion and they cannot help us. We told them that now it's past the return date but they said being the computer is that outdated and obsolete plus our problems began on August 9th that we should be able to return it with a refund. We are both disabled and barely could afford this computer and then you took full advantage of us. Shame on you!!! We are requesting a return for the entire computer with a full refund. Thank you. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR PURCHASE! THIS SYSTEM IS OUTDATED AND UNABLE TO INSTALL WINDOWS 11 ACCORDING TO TECH SUPPORT WITH H.P. ... show more

This computer was packed excellently so that no damage could occur during shipping. Everything worked easily setting it up but would have liked a bit more instructions to set up physically. Picture is beautiful on the monitor and it has a cd drive which is why i picked this model. This way I can change over all my cd's over to jump drive or an external drive. We purchased this refurbished desktop computer for my daughter Faith in November, and overall, it performs well for basic needs. It’s a great starter computer at an affordable price, but there are a few limitations worth noting: No Bluetooth Capabilities: This can be inconvenient if you’re used to wireless peripherals or other Bluetooth devices. No Webcam: If you need video conferencing or online classes, you’ll need to purchase an external webcam. Speakers: The included speakers are not very loud and lack sound quality. You might want to invest in better speakers. Mouse: The mouse that came with the computer didn’t work, so be prepared to purchase a replacement. LED Keyboard: On the positive side, the LED keyboard is a nice touch and works well. Performance: The computer runs fast and smoothly for general tasks, which is great considering it’s refurbished. In conclusion, this desktop is a solid starter computer at a good price, especially if you’re on a budget.     • Not the greatest quality but basic and gets the job done, for the most part.
It's okay. The speakers came broken and never worked. The keyboard lit up for only two weeks and no longer lights up. The mouse is basic. The monitor is clear and functioning properly, and the tower is still operational.
