I have not purchased a refurbished product before so I was a little wary. However, from the moment I unboxed this product I knew that it would be a gem. It came packaged with care, none of my items had any scratches, dings, etc. Both of my monitors were really nice Dell monitors, the keyboard and mouse were standard but good quality, and my tower is an HP tower that is so fast! I am using mine to WFH and I have added the client's programs and it is flawless! No lag or anything. My only issue would be that I am not tech savvy so I had to YouTube how to put it together and install the dual monitors but that whole process from finding a video to full install was about 20 minutes for me so all was well! I suggest they add that in there for customer convenience but it wasn't an issue to where I wouldn't recommend this product. ... show more

    • Great computer for the price
When purchased this computer a few short years ago, everything was fine. Even thought I was under the impression that I was buying a complete HP computer set. When I received the computer my monitors were Dell and the CPU was HP. I understand that when you buy anything used its not going to be original parts sometimes, but at least let it be the same brand or be more forthcoming about what a person is actually going to get or update the info in your advertisement. You will be shocked to know that consumers actually do appreciate transparency. About a year after owning one of the cords or the monitor started acting wonky. I started taping the cord down to the monitor, that seemed to do the trick. Now the cord is inoperable. At first I thought it was the monitor that was messing up so I took that same cord and put it on the other monitor ( the computer set came with 2 Dell monitors E1909Wb- which I found out during this process are discontinued by Dell) I got the same results. Trust that was a load off I really did not want to replace my monitor. So basically wrapping things up and getting to the point the power cord in question is the I-SHENG UL E315167. If you have a Dell E1909Wb monitor please don't purchase that cord. If you are searching for a replacement cord for you're Dell E1909Wb monitor please I highly recommend that you use Volex E84516.     • NO OPERATING SYSTEM INCLUDED
Received this computer. Set it up. And the thing says "An Operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system. Press any key to restart" And that's all it does. Would love some communication from the "authorized seller" but still waiting on that one too. On the plus side, it DID come with 2 monitors, a mouse and a keyboard - but I have no idea why since it didn't come with an operating system for you to do anything with the items. Following discussions with the Blair TG group and being asked to remove feedback. They offered me to KEEP THE BROKEN EQUIPMENT and get $30 back as a gift card. They also do NOT send messages when they say they do and they DO NOT talk to you on the phone, as my 4 recorded phone calls show. Horrible product made by a sham seller. ----- August 27th, 2020 Seller has not done anything to fix any issues at all except try to bribe and delete my review without my express intent by sending a link though Amazon (with the bribe in the message) But they haven't contacted me to fix the computer nor refund the operating system I had to purchase. They HAVE told me they have a COPY OF ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT KEYS just in case you need it, so selling the same number twice. The hardware is from 2002 now that we're able to see the details of the product and have decided that after reviewing information from the BBB that Blair Technologies group is a complete scam, will continue to do so. Hopefully, by this review I will save someone from wasting their money on a false product (how does a DESKTOP computer have 80% battery life unplugged???). I'd love to be able to review a working product, but it's nonexistent. Will be following up further with the BBB. Avoid BlairTG sales at all costs, they are not a REPUTABLE dealer for Microsoft Software.
