    • Absolutely terrible
The media could not be loaded. Power cord is glitchy. Both monitors not working. Took 3 weeks to get here just for me to have to pack it back up and take to a ups. 🤦🏾♀️

I was floored at how fast this arrived. It doesn't have the power I needed for work BUT it's very close (my job is ridiculous when it comes to pcu power) so it's a great replacement for my old pc. I had a small issue and called them and they respond so FAST! I was able to fix the issue without tech support, my error, but they were so proactive that they reached out to me twice before I could let them know everything was fine. You just don't get that level of customer support now days so it was an absolute joy to experience. That alone will make me use them when it's time for new equipment. Excellent company! ... show more

It is used and checked out, but refurbished? It was well packed. Two of the adapters and a cable were glitchy. They did replace one next day no charge. I was going to return it but reset the settings to get a proper restart and while one of the monitors has a "burned" screen it still has good color and brightness. So not to discount that it is a bunch of used components and 300.00 is cheap for this setup. However using the term refurbished is a stretch. It’s more of a updated drive and video card. Ours came filthy with boogers and all the dust and dead skin on the fan you could ask for. The equipment is tried and true legacy towers the Big ones from 2012 and beat to Schmidt. Side note these towers are awesome to build gaming pc with. Not a great time to send filthy equipment during a pandemic. It’s also not WiFi ready and it comes with Windows home edition ,so if this is a work Machine it will cost you 99.00 to upgrade to Windows Pro. ... show more

Looks great. Easy setup. I could not have asked for a better computer setup for that price point. The mouse and keyboard are not going to last but I have an ergo keyboard and wireless mouse I'm using with it anyway so I gave it to my kids to use with their laptops. Easy Peasy! One possible downside is the tower itself is a bit bigger than I had anticipated. It's not the size of a newer modem like I thought. It's fine for me though. I expected 12" monitors and got 2 new 19" ones which is going to make my work life amazing! Overall ecstatic! ... show more

I understand that I bought this as a refurbished item but come on. The power button was broke off on one of the monitors. And the whole thing just looks beat up. I haven’t had it for that long and so far all the technical stuff works. Had to buy another keyboard board because it was the cheapest made item out of the bunch. ... show more

    • Does what I need it to do for now.
It does the job for work and using my cricut. Was dissatisfied with the 2 monitors not being the same size and brand. One of the plugs to the monitor is loose so if you slightly move it it shuts off. It is what it is for refurbishment.
