I got to say that this computer, has been the worst computer I have ever bought refurbished. The first one I got from this seller, had to send it back cause it was misbehaving. After that I got a replacement, I don't know which one was worst. Be aware that if you buy this, you need to update all the drivers for this to work "well". These computers probably were laying on an old warehouse and this company "updated" them a little to sell it with Windows 10. Mine was manufactured in 2004 Processor i3. The worst one to even do a faster version of it. I got what I paid for... but man. Get a new one, save money, and don't buy this. You'll be saving a lot of headaches for yourself. ... show more

I would have rated this 5 Star as the Computer, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse all more than meet expectations. Bu, the monitor arrived with NO connection to the computer PLUS had no power cord. Now luckily we had both in stock so we usp and running in no time. But I wouldn't call this a complete package when you can't connect the monitor to the computer or even turn it on without buying (or perhaps having) them already. ... show more

This product works good but was not designed to run the Windows 10 operating system. The highest operating that this computer is supposed to have is Windows 8.1 I could not find any drivers for this make of this computer for Windows 10. However it does perform rather well with Windows 10 on it. I did receive everything that was in the description of this product. So I am pleased with that aspect. I was kinda sketical to purchase this computer after reading other reviews. But I am so glad I did. It works perfect (except start up is a little slow) but other than that, no problems. I use it for school and my daughter uses it for a couple of games she plays. We have not incurred any issues at this time. Great job guys! ... show more
