    • CPU is 2-core but PC Functions Well
I work in IT and purchased 3 of these as cheap office PCs and they work brilliantly. For around $250 each the specs are great (6th Gen i3-6100T, 16gb DDR4 RAM, 256GB SSD), making this machine a good fit for office purposes (Microsoft Office, web browsing, multi-monitor support). This PC is quite small but still has 6xUSB3.0, 1xUSB-C (charging and data-transfer only), 1xRJ-45 Ethernet, 2xDP, and 1xVGA ports. Everything worked out of the box and the specs listed were accurate (although the i3-6100T is 2-core not 4-core), one of the few tiny PC's like this that'll do a triple-monitor setup without the need for additional display adapters. The downsides are obviously the lack of OEM support since it is renewed, and the slightly outdated (and mislabeled) CPU. All 3 arrived with some form of superficial damage, one with a broken keyboard, another with the plastic housing for the wireless antenna broken loose, but this is a "get what you pay for" situation so you can't expect 100% from aftermarket renewals. To buy a new PC with this small of a form factor and these specs directly from Dell or HP will likely run you triple the price but will typically come with a warranty and no superficial damage, if you aren't very tech savvy and want to entirely eliminate the possibility of receiving a damaged product then buy direct. If you're like me and don't mind fixing a few potential scrapes or cracks if it means saving a few hundred dollars, these little PCs are a great option. ... show more

If the listing didn't explicitly state this was a preowned device, I would have had no clue. Inside and out this thing looks like it came off the assembly line yesterday. Taking the machine apart to add a secondary M.2 SSD hard drive was easy. After which I reloaded the OS on and ran a Winaero WEI benchmark test(the attached screenshot is the results of the test) This is a great little machine that is well worth the money ... show more

I purchased this with the intention of using it as a media player for my entertainment system. I basically needed something capable of storing movies and music and playing them back through my TV and stereo. This was a pretty good value and has worked fine for over a year so far. The specs are a little misleading since it says it's a quad core i3 processor when it's really only has 2 physical cores but with 4 independent threads. I knew this going into the purchase though and I didn't buy it for extreme performance anyways. It's capable of outputting 4K resolution to my TV easily and can play 4K video as well. The ports were a bit dusty when I received the unit, however it was otherwise in good shape with no visible physical scratches or anything. It's fairly easy to open up and take apart with minimal tools and all the parts are easily replaceable. It comes with all the hardware in the description, however, the SSD is a bit on the slow end for solid state and is likely a fairly inexpensive unit. The wifi card is not built in but is instead provided by a USB wifi dongle. This likely provides fairly mediocre wifi speeds, but I don't use it anyways and use a cabled network connection. It came with a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro, and activated without issue. The only issue I encountered was that one of the display ports does not function 100% properly. The malfunctioning display port transmits signal fine but is not recognized by my TV when it is booted up and needs to be unplugged and plugged back in for it to recognize the signal. The second display port however works perfectly fine and since I only needed one, this was not a major issue. I replaced the cheap mouse and keyboard with a wireless board and touch pad to make it easy to use from the couch. With no dedicated graphics card, I doubt this little PC is very good at running games, but it wasn't really made for that anyways. However, it would probably be able to handle some older titles if necessary. Being a more business focused model, I'm hoping this little PC will be fairly robust and last a while. This purchase was a great value for the money if you know the computer's limitations and it works perfectly for my intended purpose. My wife uses this for her nursing charting and general surfing on the net. This is by far not a gaming machine or a strong multitasker for high workloads. You have to know what you are buying and this is a general use, entry level little system built for just surfing the net and basic computing. What it does it does it well and if you need it for anything more than that....it will probably not be what your looking for. ... show more

Product came poorly packaged in a much larger than needed package. Mouse and keyboard missing. Computer was not refurbished as it still had the previous owner's info and the previous owner's PIN was requested. I will return this computer and request a refund.

I got this in today and thought I'd check it out. Reset it to factory defaults for Windows and brought the system up. Installed HWInfo64 on the system and let it run to see what it's got truely. They are advertising a Intel Quad Core i3-6100T and while it is a i3-6100T it's not a quad core. Look at the attached screen capture of the system and you'll see it. There are only 2 cores and 4 threads, do they need to change the posting title. I hope this clarifies what you will be truly getting. ... show more
