First of all, Excellent customer service if you are willing to do a little extra work, it may be worth the money. I received the computer and two monitors within a couple of days of ordering and out of the box had issues. Upon delivery, one of my monitor power cords didn't work, and the computer itself turned on, but didn't do anything. I called tech support and they walked me through a couple simple checks and confirmed the computer was bad. I repackaged the bad cord and computer back in the box it came in and they sent me a new one in a couple more days. Everything worked great except one of the display cables was junk. My wife called customer service and the new cord will be here in another two days. For the computer itself. The screens are really nice, and the computer will do most everything I need it to. I wish it had HDMI and another couple USB ports, but all in all, I'm pretty happy so far. ... show more

Had several issues: -First Computer wouldn't boot, even after an hour or so on the phone with technical customer service. Replacement showed up five days after I sent the original back -Second computer completely dead. Won't even turn on. -monitors don't match (ended up with upgraded 4k monitors, but that don't match), waiting on replacement. -was missing the Wifi/Bluetooth dongle - replacement received promptly. -wireless keyboard didn't work at first (found that the batteries they sent with it were dead right out of the package) Thoughts: General customer service wasn't especially helpful, and the lady barely spoke English. Also, she didn't appear to be listening too well to what I was saying (likely due to language barrier). Technical customer service was excellent, although wasn't able to fix computer over the phone. Poor return policy (claimed due to Amazon) treats you like a crook. No, we can't send the new one before we get the old one back so you can use the packaging/label included. That would save you time! I'm told I will get a free gift (picked wireless keyboard/mouse). I suppose my three hours time gets me that. I'm wishing I had kept the packaging so I could just send it the whole thing back and get my money back. Didn't simply because of the time already invested/time it would take to get another coming, not to mention the proposition of being out funds while the return processes. ... show more

Won't buy refurbished ever again. Looks good but dual monitors won't work. Each works well one at a time. Try both together the go to blue, can see the mouse that's it. Tech support was no help, let's say English isn't his first language. The keyboard and included mouse both are junk. Used mine in order to use the machine with one monitor . The wireless Lan included also is junk. Once again used mine to get on internet. Not worth the $ spent, or the aggravation. Also no response from seller in reply to my reaching out through this app a few days ago. ... show more
