The media could not be loaded. Good laptop . i just need a bigger system. But it would be a perfect laptop to do school work. Thin, affordable. Also very smooth love the color and texture. Plus I received the picture of when it was . it was on top of a milk jug maybe 3 ft tall and when I grabbed it, it was on the porch right next to the door like normal. so I don't know if it fell or if but he moved it after he took the picture ... show more

    • Manufacturer lying about presence of key features in listing.
You see that part of the product listing where is says it includes an HDMI port? Or the multiple other spots in the listing where it says that it includes an HDMI port? Both of those are lies. There is no HDMI port, and HP product support cannot tell me if a third party USB-C to HDMI cable would allow it to output to an external monitor. Since that listed feature is not present, I cannot say how many other listed features on the device. So please be very, very wary of any and all other elements of the listing. ... show more

I was specifically looking for a Chromebook with an HDMI port. While this Chromebook performs just fine, it does not have an HDMI port as described. As far as the rest of the features, it's a middle of the road device.

Was very disappointed to find out that the laptop I received didn't have the Touchscreen function. It also didn't have an HDMI port anywhere on it. While it is still a nice laptop overall for everything else it says and more, those 2 things I mentioned that were on the box but not on or in the laptop itself was disappointing. It was only after when I went to check the color scrolling down on the post that it said "Color - Non Touchscreen". My fault for not looking closely but they should have never advertised it as such. ... show more
