This module is a nice addition for conferencing and making call via soft phone applications. I’m a build callcenters for living and utilize the soft-phones a lot so this module help out BIG time without having to hookup a wireless headset which can be annoying since the usb on the dock is really touchy. I bought this unit refurbished and when it arrive the bottom connection was broken so I open it up a repaired it with some gorilla glue and it’s as good as new. At first it wasn’t working but then I had to install the additional HP software for module and then it appear in my audio devices list. I made come test calls and this thing is super clear microphone pickup and audio quality from the speakers is really good for their size. I highly recommend this purchase ... show more

    • Great speakerphone accessory for the HP G2 docking station
Integrates with the HP G2 docking station. Easy to set up and use. Excellent clarity, good noise suppression and clear voice pick up. Makes working g from home a bit better and less desk clutter. Was able to stop using my USB Logitech portable speakerphone and will use that for travel or out of "home office" use. In a perfect world HP would have added more USB ports on the back of this accessory piece. Make sure to upgrade the G2 firmware. ... show more

Excellent sound quality for calls. Only have it 4 stars because you loose some functionality with MS Teams. Hopefully this can be fixed with a firmware update.

Needed to have a better solution for hearing during webex. Didn't want to add something to the desk and this was perfect! This simply just works and works very well!

It's a great product, but it too fragile.. Connections are not OK, had to fix it fo 25$ but received refund much lower that this, but its better to send it back and wait for another item that will be the same for sure, so..

    • Stereo but very weak lower frequencies.
Surprisingly supports stereo sound (overkill for calls), but surprisingly weak lower frequencies (so not good enough to hear music). My (smaller) notebook speakers have a much better bass sound.
