Did not come with the advertised Microsoft Office lifetime license key. Contacted seller to try and obtain. It looks like multiple people have had to reach out to the seller to get their product key. Update: Seller responded by the next day with the product key which worked for Microsoft Office. One of the primary reasons I bought this computer was having the Microsoft 365 installed on it. That is not the case, it is not on the computer. Computer seems fine but software is not, thus the 3 star rating.

I've had this computer for about a week and it seems to work just fine. There were 31 different updates to install once it was connected to WiFi, including a Bios update. My only complaint is how loud the fan is when I have file explorer or my video editing software open. Office 365 is pre-installed but needs activated which costs approx $99.
