I liked how light it is, the backpack is nice. However I got this specially to do zoom classroom on. The computer says that you have to delete S mode to be able to download Zoom. That's the security features that came built in. You can not download it again. That's something I'd of lived to know because I would not of purchased this computer. I bought it as a gift, and by the time I was able to get it to the person, it was already out of it's 30 day return policy and now Ive wasted 400$... If anyone has any suggestions id love to hear them. ... show more

Office can’t be used unless you disable security features. Delivery was quick. Refund policy is only on unopened product. How do you know it isn’t as described unless you open it. Don’t buy much cheaper at Best But without the Office. Received in damaged box.

I don’t have the touchscreen, but after probably less than a week of having this laptop, it freezes quite a bit and the speaker is really low quality. I’ve also had to restart the network adapter?!?! It’s been working okay so far for watching Netflix and doing my online school ( assuming I can get the network adapters up and running again....) but definitely be cautious purchasing this product :/ ... show more
