I like the look and feel of it but not much beyond that. It’s set up to use Microsoft stuff but you’ll have to pay after first year so I’m choosing to use my google docs, sheets, etc instead and it’s making it very difficult Can’t load some simple open source programs Keeps timing out/looking like it’s not connecting to websites when my husband is right next to me working fine so it’s not our internet Lots of pop ups for things I will never use. Basically a lot more trouble and I would rather use my 12 year old laptop I should have returned it but now I’ve spent too much time trying to like it Trying to Christmas shop on any site. It just keeps saying page not responding. No matter what I do the time and date will not stay correct. Ugh. Getting worse Update jan 12- the other day it said i had another week to return it. Now when i decided it SUCKS it says too late. It wont turn on at all. Had to shut it down after constant “page not responding”. Just google! 1 window open. Nothing added Terrible!!!! ... show more

I got this laptop after my other one wouldn’t hold a charge after several years. I just use this computer for some light internet browsing and checking emails. I figured a lower cost computer would be fine. This computer runs so slow and doesn’t hold a charge. It also doesn’t turn on sometimes and I have to play around with it for several minutes to even get it to turn on, find a different laptop even if it is just for browsing the web. ... show more
