First let me state that I know by choosing a laptop in this price range I was taking a risk. My old college laptop had decided to retire itself and only turn on when plugged in--taking its sweet time loading. But I didn't have the money to go any higher. This computer is incredibly cheap. It's plastic and feels very much like cheap plastic. I got the blue because it looked nice in the photos. It looks like a child's toy. The storage info on it is very deceptive. It came with a 64GB micro-SD card, and that is their way of saying that it has so much memory. Should I maybe have read the description more carefully? Maybe. Honestly haven't gone back to look because I can't afford to make a different decision. But that move of adding an SD card and claiming the laptop itself had a bunch of memory felt really deceptive. My laptop was not touch screen. It was so lovely and light that a thief stole it so easily through a window. :( And. .. when I could get a new one.... I got the same again!!! Wish I had the money to buy one more for my daugther

    • Second day will not turn on.
I should have listened to the reviews. I also experienced not being able to turn on the laptop the next day. I called HP and tried to troubleshoot. They offered to have me ship it on for repair but that would take too long. So I now have to return it.

I have returned this item. There are no model numbers in the description so you can know or compare what you're actually getting. I noticed there were only 20 actual reviews, and they were horrible yet there were many ratings without reviews. This made me look for model number of the item so I could find out what I was buying and everything just says HP HP HP. The number is the description isn't a model number at all, it just says newest 2021. Wow I feel so incredibly ripped off. Amazon needs to do a much better job at verifying what is being sold on their site. I went to Best Buy and bought a superb product, touch screen, for only $50 more and it's legit. ... show more

Not a touch screen I returned the first one because the charger port was loose and would not stay charging I received the second the same week and it is working out well
