I really like the suspenders because they help keep the brace in place while moving, so it doesn’t slide down. It is also easy to adjust and you can control how tight you want it. The material feels sturdy but comfortable, and once I adjusted the straps properly, it felt very secure. I also like that it provides good support without feeling overly restrictive. I needed a back brace to help with my sciatica. It will not stop your sciatica pain but will give some level of comfort. I wore it under my sweater at work, barely noticeable. The issue I had was with the size. I wear a size 36 in mens...so I order an XL (37-39) as advertised. It but barely velcros, so my size would have been XXL. I felt like the XL is a medium size. I ordered a velcro belt extender for this belt to add a level of more comfort. Pro: good back support, velcro is very strong so it shouldn't open up easily, sturdy, very comfortable to wear Con: sizes are inaccurate...XL is more like a medium for men. Go for XXL if you are 36-39 mens sizes.

Excellent support, I threw my back out working overnight grocery yesterday and figured it was time to get one. As soon as I put it on the support from this thing provided crazy relief. As someone who wont even use kneepads I was hesitant about a brace. But surprisingly I really fw this. Fits nice for a 6"1 160ish lb male. Its adjustable and feels durable af. I see dudes with this same one at work and they say it provides that lower back lumbar support sooooo ay. If you're pride gets the best of yall like me, set it aside for a minute and try sum out! U cant go wrong with the price or results.

have scoliosis and have tried many different back braces..most won't fit with my large waist! however except for the straps; even a bit too big; will have a friend put a stich in each one; it fits well! i needed and still do serious help and i can't get it from my PA!

Made well, but DO NOT TRUST PURPORTED SIZES! Eight weeks ago, I was released from the hospital having a colectomy (18" of my Sigmoid colon removed, and reattachment). I lost seven pounds in the hospital and weight throughout the summer, down to 175lbs and a size 33 waist pant. I ordered the size "L" as I have things I need to do in a weakened core strength, before winter comes. Ridiculously small. So, I ordered the XXL and came today, and just fit enough to keep, but the length you can give the straps is also very limited. I am 6'0 and have the straps fully extended, and it pulls on my shoulders and wants to raise the belt up from my waist. Not sure what country these are made in, but it wasn't American height nor girth they were thinking of! Now, I wish I would have order 3XL ! For size 34 waist!

It's perfect for carrying heavy objects, very suitable. The only downside is that the belt won't stick together after a while, making it unable to stay in place, which is a drawback. It won't last long, but it's cheap, so I'll overlook that.
