  • Obsolete, not a power house, but great for the money
This is the second one I've bought. The first was to donate for our local kid STEM Lego League group. I liked it so much I got another one for me to use in meetings. I gave up on laptops some time ago, no meetings, using a real PC for sw development. But, ever increasing meetings, so this is the perfect solution. It isn't any speed demon, it uses an obsolete Intel Celerion N series processor, has no way to add more internal storage other than the 64G eMMC. But, with 16G of memory, it is actually surprisingly responsive. It's still supported by HP, it's brand new, just discontinued. I don't love the small screen, but it is a 14" screen, so I'll live with it. Comes with Win 11 and surprisingly it's quite responsive running it. Do be aware that it ships with the idiotic S mode Win 11 that locks you to the MS store and such. But, other reviews notwithstanding, follow the unlock directions, no issue at all going to full W 11. It doesn't even have too much of the usual preloaded bloatware. The usual McAfee trash, a bunch of HP 'tools', and a lot of the usual MS garbage. It does come with Office, if you care. I only need Excel, so this is a slight benefit. For $250, this is a no-brainer if you just need something portable for email, spreadsheets, etc. ... show more

  • Not worth it!
I bought this machine 10 months ago to use for a few simple tasks...streaming and for D&D games over discord. Aside from being incredibly slow (and not having enough usb ports) last night out of nowhere the display suddenly got all funky. The taskbar flickers and displays a ghosted image that seems to be the top of the screen as well as a duplicate ghost image of the taskbar itself. I was hoping this was just a drivers issue or something windows update related but i tried plugging in an external monitor and that appears normal so sadly i think it is hardware related in the monitor itself. Which is crazy as this laptop has never been dropped, banged, bumped etc. However it is very thin, light weight and cheap/fragile feeling so I cant say that I am too surprised. I really regret not splurging a bit and getting a better quality laptop. ... show more

  • Excellent computer..just not liking Windows 11
Hay! So I originally got this for my mother and there's no real issue with the computer. Very sturdy, very well made, just the force of having to log in with your google account is a tad annoying

  • Perfect for me
I baught this computer because I dumped a protein shake on my large one and I use it for school. It’s quick and clean and stylish. Small enough to carry in my bag but large enough to do its job. The battery lasts a long time too

  • Enjoyed using it
I’ve enjoyed using it so far. The white was a great choice. Screen quality great and great performance. I’ve had it for about 3montha now using it everyday and the condition and appearance is still good. Sound is good and versatile.

  • Don't buy this it ends up being a paperweight.
Don't buy this item, there is not enough space to install the required updates for Windows 11 past the first one. Product is now a useless paperweight sitting on my desk because it cannot take the latest update which is too large. Prompted during the install to remove files to free up more space for the update but it was never able to complete until I deleted every last docuement I had saved. When it was finally able to to the updated it ended up in a state where I could restore it or reinstall the original config. Restore has failed and there is no media to be able to reinstall it. Total piece of crap. ... show more

  • It’s a cheap laptop
It’s does what I need it to do but when you look at any high quality picture it is pixelated and trash I would definitely recommend spending a few hundred more for a better computer
