Smaller than my older one but seems to work well, once I got used to it. Sometimes it seems jumpy but that could be related to the connection; I don't know. However, it warms up fast, allows me to get to the material I want to work on and the keyboard is comfortable, easy to use, and quiet.

The free office excel constantly errors and won’t save the documents, the power button takes a minimum of 20 times to work and the bios battery that saves the date and time was faulty from day 1, so I have to rest the clock every time I use. I only bought this computer because it has Microsoft Office preinstalled, but I was frustrated for a few days because Office kept asking for my license key. It took a couple of rounds of messages, but the vendor did provide the key and now the computer works as intended. This is a good basic computer. Love the laptop but be ready to buy your own software. This company says to contact them to get it so when you do they send an automated reply that it is already installed. Granted it is already installed but they never send you your key to activate it. After 3 attempts to contact them and only getting "auto replies" I said screw it and bought it myself. I bought this laptop because I trust HP products and it came with a lifetime license for Office 2021. The software is supposedly pre installed. However, when you try to open Word or Excel, etc. it requires a product key. You have to contact the seller for that. They do eventually come through but it’s a hassle. It would be better if they just sent a paper with the laptop or a password to access, anything other than having to contact through Amazon to get what you need to operate the preinstalled product. Otherwise, this is a great offering. Hopefully it really is a “lifetime” license. Keep messaging them. They will eventually get you squared away. ... show more
