  • UPDATE: Caught one with egg sack!
Item Package Quantity: 2
It works!!! Day 4 and already caught about 18 on one trap behind my fridge. I feel like they coming from the crack in the corner wall behind my fridge. I caught my first 3 within the first 2 hours. Started out with alot of babies and some medium/small ones and today I finally got a big one. I tried other spots on my kitchen, but behind my fridge is the hot spot. So this shows where they are coming from. Today I finally caught a big one! I was very happy! The trap food is good, kinda looks and smells like fish food. I also added a drizzle of maple syrup around the food packet on the trap. Just a little bit. I leave traps in other spots in case they pass the main one. But so far, I haven't seen any creeping around the kitchen, the traps are keeping them in control! So happy with this trap! UPDATE: I just caught a big one that laid an egg sack on the trap and there were so many little babies stuck around it. OMG! This trap just prevented another infestation from happening. I was so happy that I caught that one on time. Literally had a big egg sack under her. Ewwww!!! This trap is awesome! ... show more

  • Works Great
Item Package Quantity: 2
These work. I've seen others like this that do nothing. With these there's not a bug in the house that won't go to this and get stuck to it. I've checked it and found crickets and spiders and anything else that got in the house. These little baits seem to attract and the stickiness does not let them Escape. I think they're a great value for the money because these actually work and I cannot smell them at all. You could put them up in the top of a cabinet you could put them underneath your refrigerator or just about any place that you have a problem. ... show more

  • Works OK (UPDATE: works EXTREMELY well)
Item Package Quantity: 1
I got this along with some other type of roach traps. The other roach traps seemed to have worked a little better but these still worked well enough that I may get these for the less traveled areas, as well as for very tight spaces. These attracted roaches well enough and I'm pleased to say that it attracted a "mama roach" who proceeded to hatch her babies on the sticky strip. It's really satisfying to see that, as it means that at least one generation of roaches will be fewer. Unfortunately it's not going to be enough on its own, as I live in an apartment complex and they are in the walls here. It would take a concentrated effort from everyone in the complex, not just our building, and there are just too many apartments to do this without displacing everyone for a period of time. What this does do is keep those unwanted guests down to a degree. You can pair this up with other methods, such as diatomaceous earth if you're trying to avoid pesticides. It would likely be more effective with poisons, but I know that not everyone can do this for reasons of health, pets, and so on. You can switch these out every month or as needed, depending on your situation. Even if your pests aren't that bad, make sure that it doesn't get too dusty or the sticky won't be as effective. UPDATE: I hadn't initially thought much about these since I hadn't seen much "traffic" on the more easily visible traps. One of the places I'd put these was under the fridge, a place that honestly tends to be a haven for roaches because it's always dark and is very difficult for the average person to access. Apartment management sent an exterminator to to their thing and they swept under the fridge. I'd forgotten that these were under there and WOW. This was packed full of the gross buggers, far more than I realized were actually present! I'm absolutely buying another two sets of these so I can slide some more under there. The only thing I wish these had was some sort of string or something that would make it easier to pull these out. I can add my own string, but it seems like it would be a good addition for the company to include for a little bit extra. UPDATE 2: These still work great. They even catch non-roach pests. Also, I forgot to mention this previously but I like that my cat is generally uninterested in these. I'd had some roach bait stations that contained poison and my cat was intensely interested in them, to the point where he'd actively try to get to them if they were under something or in a cabinet. I eventually had to put those in places he wouldn't be able to reach, which unfortunately were also not hotspots for roaches. These I can put wherever I want, without fear that my cat will try to get at the bait. Also again, I highly recommend pairing this with something like DE or a good spray. UPDATE 3: I have moved out of that awful apartment complex, but guess what? Some got into my car! This works especially well as the car is a finite space. My recommendation though is to clean your car out completely and vacuum it as thoroughly as you can to remove as many eggs and roaches as possible. You can put some in beforehand if you wish, but it'll work better with a clean and (at least nearly) empty car as they have fewer other sources of food and will be more likely to seek out the bait. Make sure to put these under your seats and if you have a spare tire well, put at least one in there. I also paired this with Advion gel baits, as traps alone are unlikely to get them all. Oh, and if you can pull up the little plastic foot scrapers by the door, you may want to do so and put some Borax tablets in there. All in all I'm not sure how bad the infestation was, but all I'm getting now are stragglers and I now rarely see anything scurrying out of view when I go to check and replace traps. Also if you're curious, these will catch wood roaches. Those guys don't really want to live or breed indoors, so I'm not really worried about those but it was nice to see. ... show more

  • These things really seem to work.
Item Package Quantity: 2
These things work really well. I was surprised. I am keeping the traps out for a long time, and then I will replace them. I think the roaches in the traps (which can live for days after they are trapped, just stuck there wiggling their antennae) attract other roaches. I had a pretty bad infestation... I don't know where it came from. But there are far fewer now. Poison did not work. And I don't want an exterminator. But these are great. I love that I don't see roaches everywhere in my cabinets and on my counter. I only see a few very tiny babies now, which is good... but it does mean that I didn't get all the adults yet (I mean, babies have to have parents, right?) I'll change my rating if the roaches self-select to avoid the traps over time... and will go to 5 stars (again) if I quit seeing the babies. ... show more

  • It workers!
Item Package Quantity: 2
So I took some baby clothes from a friend that where in boxes that sat in my car for about a month, and my car was invested with roaches! Theses traps worked really well for me! I added some fresh fruit aw well to help attract them since they can smell sugar and probably wanted water, so I added some watermelon and kiwi which I had left over and it worked pretty well! ... show more

  • Git out of my swamp!
Item Package Quantity: 2
I live in rural Florida and every time it rains, the fattest roaches you've ever seen come looking for a dry place to hang out. Well, not in MY swamp!!! I stick these stickies in the places I know they'll be trying to squat and sleep as soundly as a gator in a sunbeam knowing I'm critter-free while in blessed repose. ... show more

  • Works, But Not as Expected
Item Package Quantity: 1
The HOY HOY Trap A Roach does catch roaches, but the results were just okay. It trapped a few over the course of several days, but not as many as I was hoping for. The bait seems to attract some, but not all. Also, the glue could be a bit stronger—some smaller bugs managed to escape. It’s a decent product for light infestations, but if you’re dealing with a bigger problem, you’ll probably need something stronger or more reliable. ... show more
