It worked they hatched , a bit dissappointed it says humidity control and by that it means a bowl on outside u fill with water and a string foes into incubator adding humidity i thought it had a hygrometer

The media could not be loaded. We would add extra routes when we passed by it an used the spray bottle alot I didn't keep a anything to keep track of humidity in it .. what we used was in the box only..

The product will work for what I’m going to use it for (quail eggs) but I don’t think I’d recommend anyone using it for chicken eggs. It’s very small. It also feels very cheap.

I picked this unit because I have an autistic child who is absolutely obsessed with animals. It was such a fun project for him and I to do together. Update: returned the incubator. The egg turning mechanism was just pushing them around, not rotating or rocking them. It didn’t fit regular chicken eggs so they were touching the sides of the dome, and there was no way to monitor the humidity. I hoped this would be a good incubator. Eggs have been incubating for two full days so it is yet to be seen. It’s very small and even large chicken eggs have a hard time fitting. It seems to be turning them okay and not getting stuck but anything larger certainly will. No humidity monitor on the display so that’s a guessing game. I’m a bit concerned for when they hatch if the bird will have any space around the eggs. Like other reviews said, it seems to have come with an extra motor, some other pieces and extremely unclear “instructions”. I guess we will see. Posted 2/9/23 - Updated 2/23/23 ... show more

    • Don’t waste your money
The media could not be loaded. This product does not work whatsoever. It will not maintain temperature. It will not maintain humidity. It simply does not work. This product is incapable of hatching chicks. Also, the customer service is honestly horrible. They took several days to get back to me and then once they did, they offered no help. No suggestions nothing. Overall extremely disappointed in the customer service and the product itself. I included a video with a secondary Hydro meter reading the actual temps inside of the incubator, and they are extremely wrong. It should be 100° and at least 50% humidity and I could not get this above 97 to 98° and it would not hold humidity over 20%. ... show more
