I really wanted a tall bed frame for my room and found this gorgeous frame. I was a little hesitant to buy it because it didn’t have many reviews, but the reviews that were there was really good so i bought it anyway. This frame was originally $479 but I got it on sale for $270 so that was awesome for starters. My cousin helped me and it took about 1hr-1:30hrs to complete. Some of the screws were too short for the holes but it came with extra screws and the longer ones worked just fine. It’s very sturdy and the velvet material was a selling point for me too. Putting the bed together took two people and we finished in 2 hours. Everything was labeled well and a drill was not needed. The headboard is really tall and soft. We had an small issue with the legs on the footboard. Be Careful!! The screw and tool kept falling into the gold leg and that slowed us down. Make sure to put the leg at a diagonal when trying to insert the screw in the large hole to the small hole. Second issue is the velcro slacks. they kept moving after we put on our mattress. So we are going to add more velcro at the top and bottom of the mattress. I got a 14” mattress and it is perfect height. I’m 5’2 and feel high. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So in love with this bed! It took me a little over 2 hours but because I set it up all by myself (too inpatient to wait for husband 🤣) the instructions were easy to follow! Very good quality, very sturdy built to last and stylish for the price! I did run into some issues but the customer service the seller provided was top notch! To build this bed was a labor of love (and war). It did take me some time to finish because I wanted to do it right. The instructions were straightforward enough, but in some places it left me having to really analyze the pictures. Nonetheless, I absolutely loved it in the end. The headboard is the centerpiece of the entire bed (for me). It’s velvety soft and smooth. I fell in love with this bed because of the headboard, and I’m not disappointed by it. Love the height. I also like the stability of the bed. You have the wooden slats, but underneath the slats you have the support of two sturdy metal bars that you install horizontally and vertically.
