Unsafe and no product support

Worked great initially, run time on a charge was about 30 minutes. 2 months in the hoverboard wheels lock up while it’s moving throwing my child off of it. No warning or reason, it just stops mid ride. It’s very unsafe and my child won’t ride it now because they’re afraid they’ll get thrown off. I ordered before Christmas so no returns. The product support from the company has trouble shooting but not for that issue so they are 0 help.

Arrived on time. Perfect speed for a six-year-old. only has 165 weight limit. it activates with only 1 foot on it meaning it’ll try and roll away before you put the other foot on. But not too difficult to get the hangover. Speakers are decently loud.
