Like the title says. I understand that things are made in factories and it's a brand new product but the chemical smell from not only the packaging and styrofoam but the hoverboard itself was ridiculous. I had to throw the packaging outside because it was making the entire living room smell like some disgusting chemical smell. And I'm not talking chemical smell like a stainless steel cleaner or something like that, this was like dangerous chemical smell. Never smelled anything like it in my life. My second complaint is that the hoverboard has different LEDs that flash that mean different things and the tiny little pamphlet they give you has zero information on it. It has stupid information like don't ride without protection and basic stuff like that but not much on the product itself. There's not even instructions on how to sync up the Bluetooth to use the speakers. Really really stupid. Just those two things alone made me regret buying it. ... show more

We had ordered a hoverboard by different seller for my youngest in October. Everyone had so much fun I ordered 2 of these for her older siblings for Christmas. These seem to have some sort of delay upon take off making kids fall forward when trying to get it to go, once going the least little obstacles stopped them instantly, a sock and a Christmas tag stopped it. The price is right, the colors are pretty, the battery seemed fine, the foot board was hard plastic not rubberized for a good foothold and makes a clicking sound moving up and down about a 1/4", the quality was lacking. My older kids are 99lbs and 145lbs well below the weight limit. Maybe perfect for 5-10yr olds? Have requested a return. ... show more

DON'T BUY!! I ordered 2 of these for my children. (Both weigh under 65lbs) They were so excited to get their new boards. Within 10 minutes of riding one was making a loud humming noise with Jerry movements. So I requested a refund, for that one. A month later, after sending it back, I still haven't received my refund. Now the other hover board, although it still works, has started to squeak when my son uses it. Never buying from this company again!! ... show more

This product is garbage! Didn’t work from the moment it was initially set up. Purchased for/by my 9 year old son and product continuously flashes red circling arrows with 1 wheel driving causing only being able to go in small circles. Reset the product IAW manufacture procedures to no avail multilevel times. Customer service was of no help other than to replace it or refund. Very dissatisfied with this thing. My son wants to give them another chance though. ... show more

I purchased despite a lot of bad reviews and regret it. Item would not hold a charge for more than a few minutes. Return was authorized. Had to pay about $60 to ship due to the weight and size. Figured I'd at least recover SOME money to use toward a new one. NOPE! No refund and it has been weeks, if not a month. Other things I returned much later to other sellers have been refunded already. So they have my money, they have the item back too, and I'm additionally out the shipping cost. Totally sucks. This was a gift and now the person has nothing and I have an empty wallet.
