We ordered two right after Thanksgiving and received them in only a few days. We didn't assemble until Christmas but we knew from other reviews on most of the same type of HoverKart that we would need a little extra TLC when assembling. For example, although the product is very sturdy and the joints are solidly welded, we knew of the "bolts through the seat issue" (again, not just with this seller/brand). You will need to purchase washers to prevent the bolts from pulling from the seat. $2 at Home Depot will do fine. Also, we did notice that the holes were not threaded and it was difficult to get the screws going. Again, if you're handy, you will have to shave the holes a bit to get the screw going. As for the Velcro straps, the wear and tear happens on all HoverKarts. It may be from scraping the ground or doing wheelies on rugged ground, but you will need to replace the straps. They are material - it's inevitable. You can reinforce with duct or aluminum tape. The wheel is solid and doesn't wobble at high speeds. But otherwise, the HoverKart is the favorite toy this year. My kids haven't stopped using them and have even made a racetrack in our basement. Definitely recommended - just keep in mind the quirks of the product but it works as expected, if not, better! ... show more

We have had this over a year know and its great! We have used it almost every day that has been good wether. the straps are the only downfall. The fall apart eventually. They do however send a replacement set with the cart so that was nice. I have upgraded and made straps out of leather dog collars and it works fantastic! The cart itself is strong and durable. we have had adults over 250 lbs ride it and it still hauls ...thats probably the city cruiser hover board we have its fantastic with no issues in over a year! but all in all great value...the one from walmart bent in less then a weak so this to last over a year is fantastic! ... show more

My kids use things HARD. After about 2 months of hard use the seat cracked. I placed a strong glue on it and it seemed to hold. In the process I lost the screws. My kids were constantly on me to get some but our busy life took over. Even over one year after my purchase the company continues to work with me and sent me screws free of charge. Customer service is excellent. Putting product together us a since and fits 6.5 board decent. Needs padding on underside and ends that go over board so weight is applied evenly and to protect the front and back from scratches. The kart is a blast so much fun. Seat could be stronger at the screws but was replaced with no questions about extremely fast response. ... show more

Great product if you looking for the hoverboard board go kart. then you find it right here. when I open the box, i didn't expect such good quality. Heavier then I thought, heavy duty shows they really did their job Installing was easy and smooth, just simply follow the paper which attached in the box. when you see the kid loves your gift and play around all the time. you know you find the right one for him. We bought two of these. First, know that they can be DANGEROUS! They tip backwards VERY EASILY. Second, the quality of the seat and the straps is poor - one of the seats was broken on one of the first days we used it, and a strap broke shortly thereafter. CONCLUSION: very fun for the kiddos, but you OWN the responsibility of ensuring they are protected when using them. For example, we require our kids to wear jackets, helmets, gloves, and other protective gear. ... show more

Love it. My 6 yr old granddaughter wanted a hiver board from santa so I bought the seat. It was a big hit. Now I have to buy another one for my 9 yr old granddaughter for her hover board
