Update: my previous review stated the hoverboard didn't work, which at first it didn't and for a few days of doing exactly what the instructions said, nothing worked to get it calibrated and able to use. We had the hoverboard in its box ready to return with label and all and after deciding to wait another day bc the line at the drop-off was too long to wait in that day, my husband researched how to troubleshoot hoverboards and somehow got it working so now very relieved my son has his Christmas gift working and I don't have to bother with returning it anymore! Happy!

I purchased 3 of these Hoverboards for Christmas. One out of the three was bad. One Hoverboard would not hold a charge. I SUGGEST KEEPiNG THE BOX IN ORDER TO RETURN THE HOVERBOARD if it DOES NOT WORK. The return was easy in the original box and packaging. The boards are heavy. The company responded fast. The kids loved the two boards that worked well. They offer great colors, we ordered orange, teal, and steel-sky blue. The flashing lights are bright and colorful even indoors.

I just got this for my 7 year old son for Christmas and it made him the happiness kid in the world when he saw the hoverboard. He was impressed by the light show and the different colors it flashes. He still hasn’t figured out all the different functions it has like Bluetooth and ability to play music. But even without those fancy things, my son still absolutely LOVES THIS!!! And I will say it is very sturdy because he has ran in a couple of things before he got the hang of it but it didn’t take long before he mastered riding it. That’s probably because this hoverboard balances itself so the rider just stands up straight and pushes their feet forward to go. And it will go FAST lol, so I recommend a helmet and elbow/knee/hand protection for safety. This hoverboard is so easy to use and the whole family can join in the fun because the weight limit is pretty high that most of the family could ride it too. I would buy this product again and recommend others to buy it also!!!

Got this for my grandson for Christmas and unfortunately we didn’t get to see him till Feb due to an illness. Once we opened the hover board the end piece was cracked on the wheel figured it’s fine and still will work. Until we tried to self balance it and it’s not working . You push forward it goes backwards. One side goes backwards one sides goes forward while your trying to stand on it it’s impossible! It says “ place one foot gently on a pad to activate the devices, automatic self balancing system. With the two pads, flashing step on the electric balance wheel and transfer your weight on the device” Well two pads do not flash at all! Everyone in my house has tried it thinking someone could figure it out . Two of my kids tried it and have had hover boards when they were younger and they both said it’s broke ! . 5 people have tried and nothing . So it’s junk can’t even stand on it at all! It’s now past the return date so I wasted bunch of money ! Wish there was a way to speak to the company if anyone knows how ti do that ?
