My son and daughter loved them very easy to use love the attachable go-kart storage easy stays charged for really long time the feet stops did start to fall off so it could use a better foot steps but overall great product will definitely purchase again.

This product is great for kids! My kids enjoy riding around the house and driveway. We also enjoy the go-kart add on. My kids have told me that is beeps somethimes; this they said was only because the battery was dead, it was taken off the ground when on or it had fliped over. That is important to know because at first we thaught that it was broken. Overall a great product and i hope that other kids enjoy it too. ... show more

This is a very good hoverboard we ordered a Jetson and the charge only lasted about 30 minutes to an hour this Hover-1 hoverboard last all day and then some. We love it it's made well and works perfect.

    • Fun until it breaks, then no replacement parts or repairs available after the 90 day warranty

Overall, this is a great hoverboard, and it is fun and easy to use (once you learn how), but I have 2 complaints: 1. About 6 months after I got it (the warranty only lasts for 3 months) I was trying to get it from the sidewalk onto the grass, and this time the wheels spun and one side went dead and the status light was red. Also, the wheel on the dead side gave a lot of resistance when I tried to spin it. I looked on the hover-1 website for troubleshooting but it did not list the problem I was having. So I took it apart. I could not see anything wrong, so I thought it was the wheel, but when I disconnected the wheel from the motherboard (after disconnecting the battery), it spun fine! That drew me to the conclusion that the culprit was the motherboard. After testing each capacitor, I looked on Amazon and the hover-1 website for replacement motherboards. But… Hover-1 offers no replacement parts! (that is, except for the shell.) Other motherboard brands did not look like mine and had a lot of bad reviews. So I came to the conclusion that my hoverboard is garbage. I still have it in my basement and every time I go down there it just stares at me… Don’t buy this hoverboard (or anything else from hover-1) if you want it for longer than ninety days, because if it breaks and the warranty expired and you can’t fix it yourself, it’s literally garbage. 2. It says it goes ten miles per hour. Sure, it can go that speed, but only when it’s frantically beeping at you (that means, “Slow down! Slow down!”) and about to collapse if you try to go just a tiny bit faster! In short, it is not safe to go ten miles per hour. Also, it starts beeping at seven or eight mph, and after a while it gets really annoying! So, if you’re looking for speed, try an electric scooter. I bought two, one for each of my kids, for Christmas. They absolutely loved them, but one stopped working within a week. It wouldn’t calibrate anymore. The other hoverboard never had a problem. I looked up the problem online and couldn’t fix it, so I contacted the company and gave them the details. They wrote back right away telling me that it didn’t sound like it could be repaired, so I could return it and Amazon would send me a new one. I set up the return, shipped out the broken one, and got the replacement a few days later. I hate dealing with returns and contacting customer support, but they were great. I could tell that the hoverboard I received as the replacement was a slightly updated version (still the same model). I’m not worried about any more problems, and the other one we had is still going strong. They are lots of fun, and my daughter rides hers everywhere! ... show more
